  1. HELLO Beautiful people. I recently uploaded a video about my 5 month experience using the 3 step regimen from Acne.org. (Attached is a link to that video) I discussed in great details my thoughts on the products, the side effects I endured, and much more. PLEASE check out my video and Subscribe to my channel for future updates. Feel free to explore my channel to watch other videos regarding my acne journey. SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE. 2. Hey guys .. I have a problem. After using the regimen, my skin has become more oily and more darker. I use this product for almost 3 months. Although the first day I used it, my skin becomes darker. I stopped using this product for almost 2 weeks, then I can see my skin color back to my natural skin tone and less oily. BUT since I use the regimen, my acne became less and prevent it from popping up. No doubt. Recently, I continue to use this product because my pimple started to appear again.
  3. I don't really expect much help, I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat as me... but here it goes. Like a year and a half ago, a little more, I had a completely clear back with very occasional acne, but my face has always been a problem for me. I have followed Dan's regimen RELIGIOUSLY on my face for the last 6 years of my life. Buying his products, and using them as intended. My face would be in the same predicament as my back had I not done this, but my face is basically clear and s
  4. I had very clear skin up until I turned 18 I started getting cysts around my mouth I'm now 20 and wondering if it is hormonal when will they go away for good? And if I decide to get on spironolactone wont it just come back soon as I get off it? I just want clear skin again with out having to do the regimen for the rest of my life my self esteem has gone down so much I've become so anti social because I hate how I look Did anyone have any luck with natural remedies? Or a specific bi
  5. Hey guys! I am becoming really worried about what is happening to my skin. I have been on the Acne.org regimen for 5 weeks. Every night, I seem to wake up with little red bumps. They are itchy at first, and when I itch them, they get bigger, more red, and inflamed. I have no idea what to do. I am afraid that the BP or Cleanser is triggering these bumps/rashes. I am also using the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water Cleanser before using the Acne.org cleanser. I would really be grateful if anyone
  6. I've always had mild to sometimes moderate acne for the last couple of years. I pretty much use Dan's regimen except for the moisturizer due to the numerous bad review. This is my routine: 1.Wake up, wash with cleanser 2. put bp over entire face and leave it on 3. later during the day, put on moisturizer 4. when I shower at night, use cleanser again 5. before bed, spot treatment and moisturizer over entire face Like I said above, I use the 2.5% benzoyl peroxide and the cleanser from Dan'

    Question !!!!

I’ve been using the acene.org regimen for more then 5 months now, I’ve recently purchased the AHA+. How is this used? I’d like to use it as an all over the face treatment, do I wash it off after? Is it a leave in treatment? How is it used???
  8. My face is literally burning red and everyone in my family is asking what's the problem. I'm on the day 10 of the regimen and have been experiencing very big dryness and redness of the skin. I am using 4%BP and have started with a small amount of it as mentioned on the regimen (and I am gradually increasing the amount). I see marks on my face which i think they are from the skin peeling. Is this huge redness OK? Am I allergic to something? Please help I don't know if I should continue or stop im

    My Acne Journey

Hey everyone, i just wanted to share my acne story with you. I don't have much of a story except I've been dealing with acne on and off for most of my adult years, for the past year and a half it has been clear until my husband recently passed away and I've been really depressed, so I'm guessing that's why it's like this, after he died it got really bad and then it healed with some hyperpigmentation left behind of course, but now its just up and down so I'm hoping the Regimen will clear it up an

    Update on regimen, allergies

My skin has been really itchy and I've been getting hives on my back. My face is itchy but no hives there thank the Lord! The hives on my back are there mostly at night, I wake up with an itchy back lately. I know I'm allergic to a lot of things but I don't know everything that I am allergic too. I'm not sure what's causing the hives so I prayed and started eliminating scented stuff. I'm taking a few different allergies pills and using topical anti-itch products. Hopefully my doctor gets my refe
  11. So I've been using the acne treatment for four days now, it's actually been pretty good so far however I started getting flaky skin on my third day of using it, cheeks, nose and chin. I've been seeing a lot of post about the flaky skin or peeling but those people have been on the treatment for weeks already and I don't even have a week yet. Is it too soon to get that reaction? I've been using the product exactly how they said. I just wanna know if it happened to anybody else so soon or should I

    AHA Allergic reaction

I started using the regimen January of 2015. And stopped later summer of that year. When i started using it again this January, it didn't really gave a lot of difference to my skin as it did when i used it the first time last year. And when i started using the AHA this spring, it gave me allergic reactions to it. At first, i really doubted that it was from the AHA so i stopped using it just to be sure. And my allergies was gone. The puffiness and the redness of my face was gone. So i started usi
  13. Hi all, I've been using 5% BP now for about a year, but only realised a month or 2 ago that you need to apply it all over the skin and not just pinpoint onto spots (wish I'd known sooner!) Anyway, the reason for using 5% is that this is the most readily available BP cream I can get in the UK. I use a gentle cleanser and then a salicylic acid wash morning and night and BP in the evenings only and then cetaphil moituriser. Basically I've been trying to re-create the regimen but have seen no over
  14. So it's week 14 and I'm still not clear. On top of that, it only got worse. My skin improved the first month I used the regimen. I stopped having huge pimples. Around week 12, I started picking on my skin thinking that removing those dry flakes on top of the acne will help it clear soon. Well, it didn't help at all. I now have acne scabs and they are swollen right now. It's like there are bumps on my face and I hate it. What can I do to heal it faster? Should I still do the regimen then dab neos

    Sudden Dry Skin???

Hey guys, so I've been using the acne.org regiment for almost a year now and it's done WONDERS for my skin. Seriously changed my life. I still endure some random zits, hormonal breakouts, and pretty noticeable scarring. All of these things I've learned to deal with. However, recently my skin has become so dry it's cracking and flaking off my face. I have NEVER had dry skin...I've been oily in my T-Zone my entire pubescent and teenage life. I am now 21 and have the shininess under control (kind-o
  16. Hello. I've been on the following regimen for about 3.5 months now and have not seen the results I was expecting by now: AM: Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser Aczone (dapsone) gel on acne spots Minocycline oral pill Garnier SPF 15 moisturizer PM: Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser Retin-A .05% Minocycline oral pill Should I give this more time or switch it up? Also, is the SPF 15 in my moisturizer (that is supposed to last all day until washed off) enough to protect my skin since I'm

Week 3 With Dan The Man

Hey kids. So I just finished week 3/started week 4. And I'm still pretty pleased w the results of the regimen! As a reminder I'm using 1/3 fingers length of bp twice a day, with dans cleanser and Cerave moisturizer twice a day too. I also just started my 3rd month of the bc pill Trinessa... I try and wear as little makeup as possible. Some Clinique concealer under the eyes and on any zits usually makes me half presentable for a day at work. But I'd like to start trying maybe adding a primer

How I Cleared My Acne! My Regimen!

So a bit of background... I have had acne since I was about 12 and typically throughout school products didnt really work for me until I tried Proactiv. But over time, obviously this product isnt very cost effective and it was ruining all my towels! I always wanted skin that was beautiful and clear and easy to manage! So I tried every natural way of trying to get rid of it. I dont have overly oily skin or really dry skin, but I get all those little bumps on my forehead, big red pimples on my ch
  20. hellooo, I finally found the routine that helped me clear my cystic acne (on my cheeks) and I just wanted to share it with those who has tried everything (like me) but nothing seems to work and believes that Accutane might be their last resort. NOTE: this is what worked for ME, thus, it may not work for some people. anyway, the key to this routine is diet. - no milk (this includes any kind of milk eg soymilk, almond milk), well, occasionally, I would have food that consists of milk, j

    Regimen

To do this treatment effective , can we use our own cleanser and moisturizer.? And just use acne.org BEnzoyl peroxide? Or is it a must to buy all 3 for results???

    Redness?

I'm new to the Regimen, I'm on my third week and my face is burning and bright red. It feels kind of tight, but it seems like the moisturizer is keeping my face soft. I think that these side effects should go away soon, but do you think my face will stay red? When I was on Retin-A, I had such a red face, and after I stopped using it, the redness subsided. Do you think that while I use the BP my face will stay red, like it used to?
  23. Gosh, I remember finding this site when I was struggling with my teenage acne 15 or so years ago. I just recently came across it again, as I am now 30 and my acne is flaring up. Some months and years have been better than others as with all who suffer from adult acne, but it just recently has become the worst it has ever been. I've tried it all - lots of BP regimens (but never Dan's). I used Proactiv for years did help a little, but nothing that stuck. For about 2 years now, I have been usi

Going To Give This A Try

I just ordered the acne treatment regimen for the face will arrive in a few days. I am hoping this will work to clear up my skin, feeling optimistic. I do see that acne.org has a seperate wash just for the body, is anyone using that? I read from a peer reviewed article that you can infact use the same acne wash on your face onto your whole body. Is anyone else using the face wash on their body instead of buying two different treatments? I also would like to know of the side affects that actually
  25. Hello everyone, I just wanted to give a little update of my 4 month journey with this regimen. Quick background story: Hormonal acne, mild and I was on the pill Yasmin for more than 10 years, stopped, had a bunch of acne, tried a bunch of "natural" treatments, didn't stick to a routine, got scared, went back on the pill, it was horrible and now I stopped it again, 6 months ago, promising to stick to the Acne.org regimen.
