  1. Hello, My skin seems to be very prone to the acne.org regimen, I've followed it exactly as directed for about 4 weeks now but I keep waking up to flakey skin and sometimes the dead skin cells come up to the surface during the day which is REALLY annoying. Would the Benzoyl peroxide still work if I let it soak in for about 15 minutes (or more?) and then rinse it off so it doesnt cause any flakeyness (otherwise it stays on for atleast 9 hours, my skin doesnt seems to handle that well) Edit:
  2. Anyone know a good cream to exfoliate the face? Does it even help with acne? I get pimple about an inch below my lower lip on each corner of my chin, no where else. Looking to purchase something at wal mart. Thanks
  3. I've been doing tons of research on herbs that will reduce sebum production when taken internally and found that saw palmetto seems to really do the job. However, I don't want to try it because of the side effects ; the reason why I'm looking for an herbal solution is because I want to avoid side effects. Sooo basically I came across a web page that said rosemary could help lessen oily skin but that was the only web page that mentioned taking rosemary internally to reduce oil production. Other w
  4. just my thought bt heres why: since skin doesnt seem to have "memory" of shape the spot was before, also the actual its repair/refill ability??? (i cant believe this. some motherfukin starfish can regrow its whole leg (leg? or arm? tail? the star ray? nt sure wht is it bt yea) practically from scratch bt we cant do even tht??) nyways the fixing scars with dermaroll/stamp/needle is mainly just trying to swell nd aggravate the spot? then does tht mean u cant actually dermaroll ur whole fa
  5. What has everyone use to reduce long-term scars from acne? I had acne for 10 years since I was 14. I'm was looking at retinol -a and AHA+ (Glycolic Acid - 10%) Trying to reduce the scars from previous acne damages
  6. hey people! i have suddenly got this small whiteheads like zits .two actually on my cheeks. i will be leaving for a trip in 2 days. its not the zit or its small head thats bothering but the halo like redness around it. although its tiny but its looking pretty gross from distance...primarily for its redness. i've washed my face as usual with saslic(salicylic acid face wash 1%) and applied clindamycin phosphate(last night) and a lil' bp(just on the head right now)...in shower i've washe
  7. Hello Commuity, Fist I would like to say, thankyou for giving me the opportunity to express my concerns and the time people take to review my post. >I am posting because I would like to reduce my scarring with the "Dermaroller" and other home remedies. >I would like to know which type of derma roller to use for my type of scarring(size) & For how long? > What type of "vitamins and medication" should be used with the type of scars I am presenting? -I am able to buy fr
