    Easy Skin Care Routine?

I have moderate/severe ance and combination skin and I've been on the regiment since January with no significant change (my acne has cleared up a little, but not as much as I had hoped). But anyway, I'm going to be working at a camp all summer and I want a low-maintenance skin care system--we're talking fast and simple, like a wash and a moisturizer. Any product suggestions?
  2. I folow my the 28 day acne-free diet program, take the appropriate nutritional supplements and use recommended topicals. Avoid coffee, excess alcohol and tobacco, as well as sugary and starchy foods. Exercise in moderation, practice stress-relieving and relaxation-inducing techniques and give yourself the gift of a good night’s sleep. I have this e-book in pdf somebody knows how to open it in word and copy here ? PM effect: <3 <3 <3 my boyfriend upload my all t
  3. I don't know how this happened.. last year my skin was completely clear but ever since December I've gotten small pimples on my face.. not bad. But now ever since June my skin broke out like none other and even today I am still suffering from it. I count possibly around 15-25 pimples or red dots on each check. My right check is worse than my left check with the right having the most around the jaw line. Left check has some around the jaw line and some more on the left side of my neck. Right chee
  4. The following is my personal regimen that cleared me up extremely quickly (I still have some marks left over, however they have gone from red and very noticeable to a light pink color). First, here is a little background information about me: I am an 18 year old male who, for the most part, never really struggled with acne until I left home for college. I struggled with moderately severe acne for about four months, trying almost every possible product you can think of. I used abrasive scrubs,

    Worsening Acne

Hey everyone!! My skin has been terrible for over a year now. I know this pales in comparison to other people's battle with acne, and I truly sympathize for you. Please know you are beautiful and we can get through this !! Anyways, this year my skin had progressively gotten worse. I've used so many products (I will list later) and have been to doctors and dermatologists. Nothing has helped- only made it worse. These are the products I've used : BP, Retin-A, Clindamycin, Finacea, Soolant
  6. Hello. Iam still a fourteen year old girl. I know my acne could be due to hormonal imbalances. I break out midly. About two or three pimples. My only problem is fading these marks/spots that they leave after I have treated the pimple. I am in so desperate need of remedies because my scarring is just getting worse. How could i fade these quicker? Please be considerate of the products because i live in the Philippines so i might not find the products mentioned.
  7. What do you think to be better and why? On me, I know that popping some spots on my face leads to spreading, whereas other times the spot has gone and not returned. I know it’s not just me who wants to weigh out the pros and cons.
  8. Dear Acne.org users, I am 20 yo and this is my first post on Acne.org and so far this site has been very useful to me when searching for new products to try. I just recently started the regimen using Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing soap, Neotragema on-the-spot BP 2.5% treatment, and a moisturizer from Arbonne skincare line. I started to see results after about 2 weeks and had high hopes but then new pimples still start to form and I use either the BP or Salicylic Acid (2%) on the spot treatment. I
  9. Hey guys! I'm "new" here, but have been reading the boards for...years. Since high school, actually. I'm now a senior in college and after going on a round of antibiotics (minocycline for a year), and learning that I needed to cut dairy out my diet, I've come a long way in skin health and confidence overall. HOWEVER, there is a reason I asked for your help! While my cystic outbreaks are now very few and far between (I might get 2 bad cycts all year now...which leads to confusion among my acquai
  10. Ok so I have started the regimen and I have been at it for a week now and I am using benzoyl peroxide 5% and many people complain about the dryness or the skin flakes and also skin irritation but I am experiencing non of this and I was wondering am I lucky or is it a sign that nothing is happening. I just feel this is a bit weird also some more details I do have mild to severe acne. But thank you for the reply's ( if I get any )

    Inflamed pimples

I NEED HELP! I am on a light pill from my doctor which cleared my skin up. For the past five months I've had zero breakouts, just marks left behind. Well this week every day I have been getting new pimples. I put my benzoyl peroxide on them last night and woke up to them being smaller but redness all over my forehead! I need to get rid of this fast as I have a big event in two days and i need my skin to look good! What do I do!? Thanks!
