  1. Hi everyone, I've just been prescribed to start spiro and my doctor has me taking multiple blood tests. I've done some research on here and other sites and don't see that anyone else is having this done? She said that my potassium levels could get too high so I have to go weekly for a few weeks to have blood work done then go bi weekly and then a month later. Has anyone else had to do this or dealt with higher than normal potassium b/c of spiro?
  2. ★★REAL Causes of ACIDOSIS & HEARTBURN★★ Hyperacidity, also called acidosis, is known as the main cause of HEARTBURN, which is a BURNING SENSATION in the esophagus. Esophagus is the foodpipe that connects the throat with the stomach. Oranges, grapefruits, tomatoes, chillies, peppers, mustard, other spices, wine, beer, other alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, carbonated beverages and many other foods and drinks have been blamed by doctors, medical scientists and nutr
  3. Hey everyone. Some of you might have seen one of my recent posts where I stated that I was going back on spiro even though I'd experienced side effects, including dehydration, frequent urination, headaches, and cramping. I just returned from the hospital this morning and am really kicking myself for ever starting this drug again, when my body was clearly telling me not to. I want to put this out there, although it's been said many times already- do not take this drug without being monitored.

So far I have noticed a decrease in the oil! Instead of my whole face becoming an oil slick throughout the day and needing to blot several times, I notice my nose the oiliest and I barely use up one blotting paper in the evenings. Its amazing! I was using 4 to blot my face before (one for each section of my face). In terms of
  5. ★★★Exercise Causes Constipation!★★★ One great medical myth, prevailing for 2000 to 3000 years, is that physical exercise helps in preventing and curing constipation. This false belief is still being dogmatically propagated all over the world by practitioners of Allopathy, Ayurveda and Naturopathy, and by experts in Health Education and Sports Medicine. All therapies based on this dangerous dogma are a threat to the health of many patients. I have never found any scienti
