  1. Hello, I have this one scar on my cheek I'm super self conscious about. I think it's a boxcar scar (i feel like it's too wide to be an ice pick). I was wondering what acne scar treatments people would like would be the best for my scar type? Would TCA CROSS work (If i did that i would go to a professional)?? I included a bunch of different pics all taken in the same day with different lighting (harsh, natural) so you can gauge the depth and scar type. Any advice and guidance would be great. I un
  2. I traveled like crazy last year, and when I returned to the U.S. after being abroad for quite some time...I broke out like crazy. I've never broken out so much in my life. Thankfully, the breakouts have stopped, but I couldn't suppress the urge to try and "deal" with one of the bad pimples on my cheek... Of course, I was left with an indented scar (around October 2017). I know it may seem very minor compared to others, but I am very pale...so when I'm under certain lighting I get so stressed bec
  3. I've been sufferring with facial scarring for as long as I can remember. I tried a 30% tca cross but it made my scar wider but shallower. Im not sure if what would be easier to treat a deep small one or a shallow wide one ? Can anyone suggest anything? Ive also tried needling but theyre still there. Please help? I have three scars a white scar on my forehead chicken pox scar and underneath my eye. Also, I'm 20 years old/ asian skin/ medium fair. Has anyone tried success with exc
  4. From the album: 2011-2012 Acne Scars

this is my face last year feb 2011. ive tried different products and between july to nov, ive tried derma rolling. ive received the regimen product on march 28. i havent religiously used them but i promised to do so starting today. as you see, i have diff kinds of scars. i actually think i have all of them! ice pick, rolling, and box, plus there's redness that becomes darker as times goes by. but i really think that skin this 2012 is better. not really my best but i get like less than 10 pimples
  5. For years now I have had a little bit of scaring on both my cheeks. I have a few scars that are a cross between ice pick and box. They aren't too deep because I can see the bottom of the scar and stuff, but still deep enough and big enough to notice.I keep reading things about msm cream and it helping acne scars. I was curious if anyone has experience with trying msm and it either helped them or didn't?
  6. I have a deep pitted scar (at least I think it would be called a "pitted scar") on my cheek. It's been driving me crazy for years. Is it an ice pick scar? A rounded scar? Can you guys take a look at the image I'm including and let me know what type of scar it is and any recommended treatments to either get rid of it or make it quite a bit less obvious? As you can see, I have a smaller one just below it. It's not as bothersome, but I'm guessing can be helped by the same treatment used
  7. I have been treating acne scars for about 2 years now. I never took a photo before I began any treatment, so I do not have a baseline of what I looked like before. However, with continuous treatments, my skin has become more sensitive, reddish (hyperpigmentation), and bumpy. I have very oily skin due to genetics and large pores. I have had acne since I was 14 (currently 25) and fought cystic acne for a year before I used accutane to turn everything around. After my acne was normalized, I was
