  1. I'm going to try and make this as short as possible. I have struggled with picking my skin for years now, most obsessively on my face. I will have good times and bad times. Everything was really good lately and things were started to stay clear. I am using Rx products from the derm for my acne which helps a lot since acne blemishes were what I would pick the most anyway, I recently got a pore extraction facial where they manually extract the stuff from clogging your pores. However I think the
  2. Somebody please help me. I have had scabs in the past, but never like this. For some reason my face decided to break out really bad after being completely clear for 3 months and I (the idiot I am) tried popping every single deep nodule I got on my face. I had 2 on my forehead and one on each cheek. The two on my forehead have been huge scabs since Sunday, and I have another huge scab on my left cheek that formed yesterday. When I say huge, I mean these scabs are literally ruining my life right n
  3. I'm so mad. I've eaten such greasy, sugary, fatty food the past week and tonight was going good, until i went on a late night bidge... and then decided to pick every pore on my face. my face is completley red and irritated, it hurts too. I can already feel a break out coming. I really want to order dans BP treatment but i still havent gotten the courage to do it im just so awkward and embarrassed....:'( help
  4. Hi, been a long time reader but not a poster! I've been a neurotic skin picker for as long as I've had acne, so about 10 years now. I'm on Retin A Micro and Onexton. I picked at a spot at my face that I'm not even sure was really a clogged pore so I have no idea if anything/all of it came out. It's currently by my mouth and nose, right on the smile line and is about the size of a large mole so I covered it with makeup today to make it try to look like a mole. What can I put on it tonight t
  5. hey guys. something i struggle with a lot is acne scabbing and wounds. No matter if i pick at my skin or not, due to the thinness of just having come off accutane my skin scabs. My scabs aren't the tiny "hard" kind that flake away, they're more really thin layers of skin peeled away and is now bright red and dry (if i let it dry). since accutane did not work for me, i now get the same amount of breakouts but my skin is severely compromised in terms of how well it can heal...and I've had to face
  6. Hello all. Im new to this and not really sure how it works but im going to give it a shot because im desperate. I never had severe acne, but then my derm put me on birth control for irregular periods and a bit of hormonal acne here and there. The birth control totally backfired, leaving my skin in ruins and me super depressed. I went on accutane and my acne cleared up for a few months and I felt GREAT. well, over the past few weeks I have been randomly breaking out again (I just had my time of
