  1. Improve digestion: Eat to beat disease - important rules when eating : eat less than you are use to, but chew longer food than you are use to. never overfill your stomach chew food well (at least 20 times each mouthful); make at least 1 hour pause between fruit and next meal; use mostly fresh spring water for drinking (without CO2) ! do not mix proteins with carbohydrates to often. 2. hello, thanks in advance for helping me out! Here's my situation: I'd like to do an at-home peel. About a year ago, I purchased the MUAC one-day peel, but I've been afraid to use it. I don't want to make my situation worse by messing something up! Well, I've finally decided to try at-home peeling, but now I'm wondering if I should start with the MUAC one-day peel, which, incidentally, they are no longer offering on their Website. It is supposed to be about as strong as a 12% TCA peel, but it

I don't want to discourage people, because it sounds like there have been some great results with TCA home treatments, but it is good to keep in perspective the fact that we don't know what the effects of putting this stuff on our skin will be in the long run, not to mention that different people might react differently to the acids. Yes cocoa is better for you than green tea antioxidant wise. While chocolate has about 10g of saturated fat per bar, hot cocoa has .3g per serving and the heat helps it go to your bloodstream bette
  5. has anyone had exoderm (deep phenol peel) or dermabrasion AFTER already having done Co2 lasering? I am wondering if either of these procedures could fix the orange peel skin effect caused my CO2. Does anyone know the cause of the orange peel effect? Why it happens with laser and not with dermabrasion or deep peels? Opinions Comments?
  6. Hi, I'm looking for a good moisturizer, but the problem is that i can't find any of the products recommended here in Holland. Another problem is that none of the products i found have non-comedogenic on it, and i think i've seen almost all products available here by now... Now i've narrowed down the options to te following 2 moisturizers of Eucerin, cause i read a lot of good stuff about Eucerin in general: Eucerin Hydro-Balance without a SPF with the following ingredients: Aqua - Ric
