  1. I've been putting raw organic honey on my face after washing it and leaving it on for about 10 minutes and it's been working wonders! I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now and I've seen major improvements. Honey mosturizes skin and can help with hyperpigmentation, it has natural antioxidants and other benefits that I cant recall off the top of my head. You can also try an almond honey mask that is great for exfoliating Here's a link for that:
  2. Hello anyone who reads this! I am 16 and took accutane back in 2013, finished my first course in the August. It did wonders to my skin - changed my life. But of course it came with side effects, I think mine were quite serious. I will now tell you the journey briefly and would extremely appreciate any guidance given to what I should do next. I began accutane on 10mg in the February of 2013, everything was absolutely fine apart from the dryness and slight lower back pain - nothing was se
  3. This is an adult personal question. I am very curious about this action... Can sperm or masturbation fluid helps with acne? If after you well ejaculate or let it all out into your hands and then rub them on your face all over and leave it there? The story all began at my job. When I got serious moderate to severe case of acne... I worked at a Resturant. Two hispanic kitchen staffs told me that I should use sperm on my face to make acne go away... They made those ejaculation gestures then rub
  4. Hey this is my first time posting on this website, but i felt the obligation to give you my two cents. This worked for me, and i don't have any research or anything just personal experience. i started taking accuaane about a year ago and I started losing hair during my treatment, I didn't really care (and I'm not being cocky) because I always had THICK hair, I'm half hawaien and half latino, my hair is super straight but very thick, I always got and get complemented ALL the time and i always wor
  5. Hello! So today marks the day my package from drugstore.com arrived and I can't wait to start my new skincare routine. So, a little background info. I've been struggling with breakouts since I was a pre-teen. Got really bad around age 16-18 and then after taking an antibiotic for a short period of time it cleared up. I am now 19 and it is back (not nearly as bad, but still, back). I have been wanting to go on accutane the past few years but my insurance does not cover it and it's been h

  8. I used to have severe breakouts about two years ago. I radically changed my diet and began working out, and I was happy and healthy and got rid of my acne. All of last year, my skin was clear. It felt amazing. At the end of summer 2013, I began noticing little breakouts. I thought they would go away. I wasn't eating very healthy and I was drinking though. When school started, I became more and more stressed and worked out less and less. I began breaking out, my skin began spiraling out of con
  9. Hey all. I've been a silent reader of these kind of posts for ages and I thought I'd finally start my own one. Mainly because all of the other people using Differin whose posts I've read have/had proper inflamed, red acne (which brings us nicely onto the background on my skin). Well, I'm 17 and I've had really good skin all my life, all through secondary school (mostly). No spots, no dryness, no flakiness. I do have slightly oily skin though. It's literally been this past year where I've been
  10. Its been one month since I've been using Dan's acne.org products and I'm really happy with my results. I've been doing every singe step and never skipped any part in my daily routine, which requires applying the three step treatment twice a day. My acne use to be really bad and red and now it's gotten better. I suggest never skipping any step or never forgetting to apply it morning and night. If you see this Dan, Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu -High schooler with acne

  12. hi there! I’m new in the forum so please forgive me if this is not the right place to post this. I mainly made an account to meet people going through the same problem I’m facing, and maybe finding a bit of hope for when the acne demon brings me down. I’m 27 yo and I’ve been struggling with cystic acne since I was 16. Back then my dermatologist prescribed me Accutane after every topical and antibiotic treatment failed, and I took it for 1 year. I was also indicated to take Diane for birth cont
  13. so i doubt anyone will actually be interested in this or read it but even so i'm using this as a personal log for myself to track my progress (and also because i'm bored and i can't sleep) day 3 so i have moderate/severe???? acne - to be honest i'm not sure, in some lighting i class it as moderate and feel ok and then i'll go into another room and feel like ripping my face off - and i'm currently on my third day of roaccutane. so obviously not any noticeable changes yet, my skin is havin
  14. Hello people of acne.org! I'm completely new to this forum, and I decided to share some of my experiences with acne. I started having outbreaks when I was 11, and they've kept going for 6 years (I'm now 17). It started out in small amounts, and then progressed and came to a top when I was 14/15. I had massive outbreaks on my forehead, nose, chins and around my mouth. But now, at the age of 17 it's rather moderate. I have a few ones but it's manageable. While suffering from this conditio
  15. Hi guys, Whilst I am a new member of this forum, I have been following different topics and journeys on here for the past six months. Back in February I began the process of receiving accutane treatment, and constantly used this site to research the medication. I found you all to be so very friendly and helpful, which is why I wanted to start my journey here At long last, after a very lengthily process, I have now started taking one 20mg accutane tablet per day. Currently on day four of th
  16. Hi Everyone, I am a 24 year old male. I had bad acne when i was 15-18 years old about a 7 out of 10 (7 meaning, on my cheeks and forehead, nodules, cysts and regular pimples, didnt want to leave my house!). I went on proactive around 19 and started using cliondoxyl gel at about 22 and since then my acne has been a 2/3 out of 10 - meaning I break out here and there, 1 or 2 big pimples, nothing serious, nothing that id complain about. I recently broke out again and its been worse than eve
  17. This is my personal log to help me keep track of my progress. I think it's a good way for me to really think about how my skin is improving (if it is improving), because everyday I just look at my face and see nothing but acne and redness. I haven't been trying to find any improvements. I've been a bit lazy when it comes to maintaining my skin, and starting tomorrow I'm going to get back on track with everything.. wish me luck! I will update weekly. I have acne prone skin, and I'm quite
  18. Hello Acne.org Family. First post here, after reading tons of them. Let me start with my personal history. I'm 17 years old,my name is Franco and i am from Argentina. I've have never been severe or even moderate acne prone. You know, regular white heads here and there, maybe one or two cystic ones (mainly because i used to pick a lot small whiteheads that spread the infection). But my main problem, since i remember,is clogged pores / blackheads. On my nose,on my forehead and mostly on my
  19. Hey there, so my name's Savannah and I just wanted to make this log of my progress with Diane 35. Kinda to help me see the improvement, and to also share with you guys my experience. I have been on this pill before, I started maybe in 10th grade of high school and had no initial breakout my acne just seemed to get better after maybe 2 months (2 packs) into the treatment. After some time my face was amazing I only broke out when my period came on on the 7 day break with one or two active pimple
