  1. After a real bad breakout, I researched more and more for something which would help until I found Pantothen. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the brand but I read that Pantothenic Acid capsules work just as well. If you're thinking about taking B5, maybe give this a read first. Pros: Cleared skin within a week, keeps spots and breakouts at bay, reduces spots quickly, slightly improves complexion, any annoying under the skin threatening spots do not emerge. Made me feel a lot happier and co
  2. [15 DEC 2012] My hair has never been thick and always quite thin but i have noticed it has definitely got much thinner during the last couple of months which also happens to coincide with the time i have been taking Vitamin B5 [Pantothenic Acid]. I have been taking ~ 1.2 grams Vitamin B5 [Pantothenic Acid] with ~1.2 Acetyl-L-Carnitine since the beginning of October. My skin has gotten better but there has also been other factors such as taking turmeric for the last month or so, s

Basically I can keep my acne somewhat under control (never 100% clear) with the use of a BP regimen but i'm still not happy with the fact that my skin is a complete oil slick - no kidding I can see little droplets of oil on my noise 20 minutes after washing my face. So i've decided to get internal and supplement to see if this reduces my oil production in any way. So this is my regimen as of today: TOPICAL Quinoderm 5% Dove Sensitive Beauty Bar Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion INTERNAL Saw Palm

This personal experiment merely gives a rough estimation of my eating habits, behavior, and mood. Any statements that appear “concrete” only suggest a strong belief of my own and not to be taken as infallible. Consider the following for what it is: a strong personal opinion. Enjoy Day 1 - I've been off vitamin b5 for over a month. Acne is now inflamed, and red- mostly around right s
  5. ABOUT ME I am a 20 year old female, and my skin has been bad since I was about 11 years old. During my school years I got the standard T zone acne, oily skin, whiteheads, the usual stuff that's associated with puberty and all that jazz. Well now I am 20....and my skin is still oily, and the acne is now on my cheeks and jawline mostly, and I am starting to get fed up, acne is meant to have gone now right?! During my teen years I went on antibiotics, topical solutions from the doctor and
