  5. Apparently for vitiman B5 (Pantothenic Acid) to be useful you need to take 10 grams a day. the biggest supplement i could find was 500mg. Would it be safe to take 20 of these pills a day? please help

Im taking b complex with pantothenic acid/b5 but ive heard on here that taking biotin or b complex with biotin is bad for acne and kinda defeats the pupose of b5. but then i found something about biotin here and am now im confused http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=n...ent&dbid=42 my b complex only contains 50micrograms/33% RDA, anybody know if that would break me out?? should i get b complex with no biotin or is it just excess amounts that is bad?? help please!!
  7. I am making this topic because I get this question asked a lot and I simply don't know the answer as I do not take b5. I wanted us to try and find as much information as we can on this topic and see if a little B5 CAN help or hurt fish oil so that people can make a better judgment before they want to take both.   8. Pantethine is pretty much a direct precursor to CoEnzyme A (the same reason people try to OD on B5. Some people said they found success by just using Pantethine in low doses since over dosing is not required with Pantethine. Also, it has even greater effects. Here's what I found:

  10. So i went to the local pharmaceutical store and saw few supplements with Pantothenic acid... but all of them had V. B6 and B12... so i'm wondering if that's bad, perhaps? Also, i found one with only B12 (no B6)... is that better?
