  1. OVERVIEW: I'm a white, male teenager. Where acne is concerned, I've been fairly lucky. I don't have any blemishes on my chest, back, or neck, but I have moderate and persistent acne on my face. SKIN: In recent years, my pimples were largely confined to my forehead. I had a smattering of small whiteheads on my forehead and some blackheads on my nose. For whatever reason, in recent months, my acne has migrated to my cheeks. My chin, nose, and forehead are largely clear, b
  2. Hello! I have been taking 100 MG of Doxycycline once a day for one month, yet today when I got a refill I realized I am supposed to be taking 100 MG twice a day. My skin has not improved much since I started and I assumed that was because it took time, but would a higher dosage help or make it worse? Additional information: I am female, 18 years old, and use Differn 0.3% at night. Any suggestions are app

I tried various OTC remedies but nothing worked (most made things worse) and I went to my GP (UK) for help in March 2018. I was prescribed Differin (0.1% adapalene) but I was too scared to use it because: a. the prospect of a lengthy initial breakout was probably worse than living with my persistent but never severe acne b. I spend lo
  4. So It has been two weeks, almost three on my budget plan. things have been going pretty good I've noticed a good bit of clearing and have even done some venturing out of the house with make up on. Some drawbacks have also occured. I have a lot of flakeyness during the day that make it hard to put on make up, and I developed(sorry guys) a yeast infection from the oral antibiotics. Which is not the end of the world, but it will be if this is a chronic problem(happened before) instead of one time t
