  1. Hi All I am still searching (UK) for a suitable oil free light foundation that won't break me out. I am currently using a mineral powder foundation but still having problems with this so thought I would try to find a suitable liquid foundation. Recently I have looked at Estee Lauder double wear light and Revlon Colourstay. I got a sample of the double wear light from the counter but when I went to try it out at home I found that it felt quite heavy and when I tried to mix water a few dro
  2. Hey everybody, I am looking for a very sheer makeup that doesn't break me out. I have sensitive skin and I am currently on the regimen. Basically just looking for something to give me a little more evenness without cakeyness. I just seen a commercial for the brand Covergirl Clean Sensitive Skin and so I hurried and went on to their website and this makeup is fragrance and oil free, noncomedogenic, and nonacnegenic... Sounds perfect! but just need some comments from anybody who has wore this make
  3. I just started prescription acne medication for only 3 days and my face has already become dry, flaky, red, and irritated. Taking my dryness, flakiness, irritated, & red skin, what is the best facial moisturizers (both A.M. & P.M.) that is non-comedogenic AND oil free? I wish I could just put that intense moisturizing hand cream on my face because I feel like that's the kind of moisture I need, but obviously that is not good for my acne. A few options I've heard good things about are:
  4. HI i have read online that using the neutrogena oil free acne face wash ( orange liquid type) gave some people severe reaction. I bought this product on tuesday after i noticed that my black soap was not doing anything to my skin after a while of using it. I wanted to try a new product as I had tried the clean and clear brand which also did nothing for my skin. I also exfoliate with my st ives. I have combination skin. I experience breakouts sometimes ( pimples that go away like in 2 d
  5. Hello everyone! I have been researching primers for a while now but unfortunately i have not been able to find many primers that are specific to acne/problematic/sensitive skin! I have just purchased the Bare Escentuals prime time oil-free primer. Has anyone tried this concoction?! I have super sensitive skin and break out to almost everything. So have stuck with one foundation - Everyday Minerals (Godsend), for 5/6 years now and am too scared to try out anything else - including conce
  6. I have been trying to find non-comedogenic/non-acnegenic or oil-free moisturisers. The facial moisturiser I used to use is Nivea Essentials Oil-Free moisturising cream. I was happy to discover that Nivea doesn't test on animals, however from time to time my skin gets dry and I find that this moisturiser doesn't have enough moisturising power for those days. I was wondering if someone might be able to recommend a facial moisturiser that this for normal to dry skin, and non-comedogenic, AND fr
  7. So I guess prolonged use of Bemzoyl Peroxide can cause your skin to age way faster! Well that suck cause I just got my skin under control thanks to the BP! Hopefully my skin works well with this new stuff! If any of you use it can you let me know what symptoms or results you had?! That would be awesome! Cause I'm nervous about going through another peeling phase... Just recovered from the last one using BP.....screw you acne! Also for people that are looking for full coverage foundation, that
  8. Hi, I just joined the site! : ) I was prescribed epiduo for moderate/severe acne, and I was wondering what moisterizer and cleanser to use with it? And also do I apply moisterizer before, after, or mixed in with the epiduo? Currently I've been using The Body Shop's tea tree facial wash, but I think I may need something even gentler for my combination skin when using epiduo. For moisterizers, I've been using Aveeno Daily Moisterizing Lotion in the morning, and a mix of jojoba/rosemary oil
  9. I desperately need to hydrate my oily/dehydrated skin, but majority of moisturizers cause clogged pores. The issue is oils and silicones (omg they are in everything now!!)..dimethicone, cycomethicone,trimethicone..I CAN'T USE THESE. Oh and my skin is sensitive to fragrance, dyes, scents. Massively. I need a oil free, silicone, beeswax, waxes, shea butter, cocoa butter,Salicylic acid free moisturizer with and without spf. A Few Products/Brands I have tried and do not work for me Ne
