  1. Hello guys I have been wondering whether nuts are good or bad when talking about Acne? Actually I eat a lot of nuts, especially almonds every day. What's your opinion about nuts? I have read different things about nuts on this forum. Have a nice day!
  2. I thought I'd share with you my success story, as battling acne over the past 15 years has been very challenging and emotionally draining! I changed a few things in my diet, can eat normally otherwise and have completely clear skin for the first time in as long as I can remember. Firstly, I have mild to moderate acne on my cheeks. I have always had around 3 large, red, active spots at any one time, up to 10 during a breakout and scarring that stays red for a long time. I only had clear skin w
  3. Hi guys! I'm trying to solve one big acne mystery. I've been suffering from acne almost 10 years now (I am 23 years old now) and I have tried many things but nothing has helped. Over those years I have eliminated foods that are breaking me out like dairy, sugar(chocolate, sodas, sweets etc.), fried foods, potato chips, nuts, citrus fruit and processed meat (ham, salami...). These are foods that definitely worsen my skin condition. I have even tried for some time vegeterian diet as well as glut
  4. Hi there, just some pretty long essay lol introduction bout my acne life which I wanted to share around and hope it may help out to those who are experiencing the same issue. I'm 25 this year, my first breakout started around year 2007. Like how acne used to develop during raging hormones of puberty. Small red bumps, not too many and pretty minor. Not till a year or 2 later when I started to realize there's this small bumps which unlike normal acne. It does not develop the small yellow heads
  5. So yesterday before I would go to sleep, I saw 4 (FOUR) new fricking cysts on my face, mainly on the forehead. I'm 15 years old and have had problem with mild to moderate acne in about one and a half year, but i've only had cysts one time before, and that time it was a relatively small one on my nose. But this was the worst breakout i've got in my life. Four on the same day, and one is even under my hair (pretty short hair)! So I looked devastating, just wanted to start crying, but I managed to
  6. I have been eating peanut butter and nuts for about 7-8 months now. And within that time my skin has become extremely oily. I usually eat 6TBS of all natural PB and 70g of almonds every single day. I have also more acne within this time period. Ive read that nuts can cause more breakouts especially peanuts. So i decided to stop about 5 days ago, problem is my skin is still very oily and i havent noticed a difference? How long till the oil will decrease? Does it take a while for it to leave? Thank
