  1. I haven't washed my face for 2 days now and surprisingly I haven't broke out, my red marks are starting to fade and I'm developing a slight glow in my skin. Honestly, no treatment I have ever bought has worked as fast as this. My skin still feels a little dry and irritated, especially at night, but I'm hoping this will go away eventually. As for what I actually do in terms of washing/not washing ; I take a warm (not hot) shower every morning and wash my hair, I don't make an effort to wash
  2. My english is not the best and this will be long, but totally worth it. Anyways there is a tl dr at the end of the post. I always told myself that the day I find a way to cure my acne I would share it with other people. Only a personal who suffered severe acne knows how hard your life can be with this problem. For start I have to advice that I will NOT discuss if this is effective or not, I have to tell you this because I have seen many people in this forum through the years who is more c

Sooo, allow me to begin telling my acne perils. I got acne when puberty hit and it hit pretty terribly. I always had bad acne during my teenage years. Tried everything... topicals, proactive, antibiotics, vitamins, blah blah... nothing really worked EXCEPT the antibiotics. Cleared my skin up right qui
  5. I have had problems with my skin for most of my life. As a baby I had severe eczema and in my early teens I developed pretty severe acne. I'm not even exaggerating when I say i have tried every single acne treatment available on the NHS. I have even been through 3 courses of roaccutane! Recently, whilst my acne has definitely died down, probably due to my hormones calming down a bit, I have noticed that 6 or 7 years of cleaners, topical creams, scrubs and thick moisturisers has left my ski
