  1. So excited to finally try out the regimen. I ordered the cleanser, treatment, and moisturizer from acne.org (I already have some jojoba oil) and I just finished washing, cleansing, and treating my skin. Because I've only applied the system once, I can't really talk about the effectiveness yet. I can however, talk about everything else. The time it takes to finish with the entire process is around 40 minutes. I'm thinking that I'll have to take that time into consideration when I do the regimen i
  2. Hello everybody! My name is Nicki and I've been an avid onlooker of acne.org for years! I've finally joined because I have questions of my own and hopefully the nice people on here can help me out. Now, I am new to acne.org and fairly new to forums in general so I apologize if I do anything wrong. -___- I've had acne ever since 8th grade, I believe? And I know I get it from my dad, who has had severe acne when he was a teenager. My dad and I have even tried "The Regimen" product from here years
  3. Hi my name is Haley and I am 19 years old! I have moderate acne on my forehead, temples, nose, and chin. I'm about to go take a shower and use the regimen for the first time! I'm really excited because I truly believe that it will work. Proactiv was a scam and store-bought products do not work merely by themselves. I'm DETERMINED to follow this regimen EXACTLY as stated for 6 months! If it doesn't, I'm going to a derm. Soooo here are the products I bought at my local drugstore since I'm on
  4. Hi! I really need some advice about whether or not I should take accutane... my derm has already okayed it, but I have two (slightly less now) weeks until I get my perscription - i.e. time to back out! I started breaking out when I was about 12/13 - at first mild then moderate. In all honesty, I didn't notice at all, a school nurse pulled me aside and complained to me about it. Mentally scarring or what? Anyway, she made me go to the doctors, and I was given some topical and oral antibiotics
