  1. So I was in Australia for three weeks on a rugby tour. However I did not take my normal proactive three step regimen (the new one with the toner) since my parents believe it to bleach sheets and they wouldn't want a billet families sheets bleached. However I did take some neutrogena applicants and a la Roche face wash. These did not clear my skin but my skin only worsened a little bit, except for my forehead and nose which began to clear on the trip. Though when I got back my skin really started
  2. Hi. I'm desperate for any assistance help tips or anything at all. I've read a lot here and tried a lot of stuff already. But nothing has worked so far, and a lot of the other issues seems related to other stuff. First off, I’m dyslexic and English is my second language, so if there’s any spelling mistakes I might have missed after proof reading this a couple of times that’s why. Let me know and I’ll fix it as soon as possible. Basic story: I’ve been been using Isotreti
  3. My name is Mariam. I'm 16 years old. I have noticed some discoloring parts in my skin. Mostly in the side areas of my face yet I am not sure if it's a scar. My mom says it's still a pimple but I find it odd. It's been there for months. What do they look like to you? Are they scars? What kind? If they are what can I do to treat it? I am very worry about this
  4. Since the age of 12, I have suffered from severe acne. I am 20 now. Nobody in my area has acne like I do and it's embarrassing. I tried pretty much everything. Soaps, cleansers, antibiotics..they were all a waste of my time and money. Accutane is not an option because I can not afford it. I have no health insurance. I'm am going to start taking ibuprofen. What I'm here to ask is, is there an actual way to get rid of acne or is everything a lie?
  5. Hey guys first time poster here. Just wondering if those that are following the regimen have forgone using their pprescription to follow the guide. If so should i start that? Me; I have severe body acne and severe face acne, I dont eat as healthily as I'd like to but im making the change. Also I have been on and off my medication which has probably just made it worse. I am on tetracycline and duac gel and have been for the past 2-3 years + and sometimes my spots are non exsistant but most
  6. Hi all, so I've decided - I want to have clear skin. I have pretty mild acne and I'm 17 years, and a male. I'm currently on a healthy diet, so I'm not eating junk, fast food. Currently been using Benzac AC 5% for about 7 days now. I don't have an allergic reaction, but I want to use a cream I know that will work. Oh and is the regimen that you see (when you go to acne.org home page the same thing as DKR? I want to try the one that is on the home page with all the success stories. I'm prepared

    Day 2

Well, I didn't use the BP this morning because I feared it would dry out my skin. I used it tonight, though, and my skin does burn slightly It's nothing unbearable, but it definitely is uncomfortable. I just want my skin to clear up and look the way it used to. Honestly, it got worse today, and I'm feeling really down. I don't feel like myself. I'm getting the jojoba oil tomorrow, and I pray it helps with the dry skin. I'm not giving up on the acne.org regimen; I have faith in it. I've seen s
  8. So I was wondering what type pf acne marks I have and what product that would be recommended for my skin. I know that u can see some pimples on my face but I usually don't have that many pimples, I usually have like 1-3 Right now I am on week 7 of cleansing with "Purifying Himalaya neem face wash" and using BP 5% (because 2.5% doesn't exist in Sweden) and after that moisturizing with Oil Control moisturizer.
  9. Im 18 and have been dealing with this for YEARS now and when i finally get it off my face, the acne comes back even harder on my back and now every F**king day, self confidence gets lower and lower and lower from where its already low point is seeing this disease on my back. Half of what I think in my head is about these scars and the nodular bumps on my back. Im going on vacation in about a month and a half and the stupid dermatologist doesn't help at all by making my first appointment AFTER i
  10. Hello everyone, I have been suffering from acne since I was about 17. I am now 19 and I am 99% cleared from acne with daily use of spectro gel, clindamycin solution with dilusol and differin gel 0.1%. Although my scars have improved quite a bit since I got them 2 years ago, I am still not satisfied. I would need some suggestions on what treatments I could possibly do. My scars are fairly shallow. Some of them are clustered in one spot but for the most part they are isolated. I am thinking of pur
  11. Hello everyone I am a male and new to this website but I have had acne since I was 15, I am now 19. My acne has been under control for the most part but I have moderate acne scarring (2 or 3 pitted scars and enlarged pores on my cheek area) and I still get tiny pimples and occasional medium sized bumps every now and then. I am here because I need help with my regimen from those who has experience. This is what I have at home. Spectro Jel Dilusol lotion with 2% Clindamycin (Apply to face
  12. So a few months ago I got a pimple and popped it- I know it's a bad thing, but it was a really big whitehead- and everything seemed to going smoothly for a couple of days after. However, the inflammation stopped and, from as far as I can tell, the redness has stayed roughly the same for about 1.5-2 months. I have gotten red marks before, but this is very unusual. When I curl my lip and look really closely at the mark, I see a small amount of white pus in the center, almost as if I didn't get all
