I'm in need of new moisturizer the Dans moisturizer is okay and doesn't really break me out, i think. But please can someone find me a good moisturizer, i want to try cera-ve lotion but people keep telling me its pore clogging and will break me out in like 2 or 3 weeks. Hello! I would like some advice, but first a little back story. Up until 3 months ago I've been a Proactiv user for nearly 10 years and it kept my skin looking great. I washed my face twice a day because if I don't my face gets full of blackheads, random pimples and just basically breaks out with mild acne. I'm looking at products and reading reviews and it's all overwhelming!! i currently use cetaphil face cleanser and neutrogena sensitive skin face lotion. I think the cetaphil is decent, but i've heard about how SLS can irritate skin? so maybe i should switch. Also, i've used that neutrogena lotion forever and i don't particularly love it. I'm 30 yrs old and have stuggled with oily skin & acne my whole adult life. It's a hormonal thing (PCOS). My issue during the winter is intense flaking and dryness that no moistuzer seems able to combat. The weird and frustrating thing about my skin is it can manage to be oily, acne-prone, and a flaking mess all at the same time. I'm not on Accutane.
