I have mild and sometimes moderate acne. Lately I have been researching the Clinique Sonic System Purifying Cleansing Brush or the Clarisonic Mia 2. Both of these devices are quite a bit of money so I want to get all my facts straight before I make a big purchase. Right now I'm leaning towards the Mia 2 but I want reviews or suggestions from real acne sufferers before I go with this decision. So I just tried my Mia 2 for the first time in the shower this morning... I applied my Avar Sulfur wash straight to the brush and got down to business. It was interesting, I think it'll take a few tries for me to really get the hang of it but here's how I approached it: Started on my chin and worked my way around clockwise - I wanted the worst/greasiest part of my acne on the left side of my face to be last so I didn't spread it around on my face. I noticed after my face felt incredibly soft.
So, against what I said in my last post, I decided to use the Clarisonic last night. I guess my excitement has gotten the best of me. I used it last night with the Nuetrogena Pink Grapefruit Cream Cleanser and only used the Clarisonic on the lowest speed (factory speed) for 1 minute. Woke up this morning with one zit on the left side of my face, kind of near my hairline, and one on my jawline-- which is an unusual place for me to get them. Both are really small just little white head things
