  1. If you don't already know about how your skin is connected to your gut (furthermore how your entire health is connected to your gut), go ahead and research it. The human gut is the second most powerful organ (after the brain) and is connected to over 150 diseases. A good person to look up is Chris Kresser. It is not possible to build over your bad gut with healthy diets (such as the Paleo diet) (which i tried to do), it will only keep in the same place, if not make things worse. You must reset y
  2. To keep it simple, if you are an adult ( > 20) and still have acne, you have a leaky gut. You must be thinking all the time, why those guys eat all the shit (oily, spicy, gluten, dairy, sugar) and still have flawless skin but I feel like being cursed for something I did in my past life. Not your fault my friend. The only fault is where the food is being absorbed. To make it more clear, where the toxins (and undigested) food is being absorbed i.e. Your GUT. I'm taking a break because that wasn't the effect I was going for. I

They found athletes varied, but often had bad bacteria and their gut, however people who exercised often get a boost in their gut health. I take it diet, and over exercising probably plays a role. I also read that intense exercise can decrease blood flow to the gut and intestines resulting in negative affects. If you have any info on this, please share. Also, please share anything you know abo
