  1. Hi, I am a 30 year old and suffering from severe-moderate cystic acne from last 10 years. It is so embarrassing and heartbreaking to have acne at this age. I have tried EVERYTHING, if I said everything, I meant EVERYTHING. I tried all home remedies, antibiotics, OCM, Accutane, Spirolactane, Acne.org, proactive, Peter roth, Clinique 3 step solution and many other solutions available in market, BP, salycylic, Glycolic, clindamycin, Azalaic acid, Nicotinamide and other topical treatment. I have
  2. Hi All, here is a quick background on me! I am a 23 year old caucasian male and I have been on Dan's regimen for 3 years now. It has reduced my acne, however it has by no means made me clear. I suffer from mild-medium acne and always seem to have 1 or 2 active pimples (whiteheads) on my face. I tend to pop them so it leaves an ugly red mark which heals within a few days. The regimen is a big pain for me because I am so paranoid about missing an application of BP that it prevents me from enjo

The standard acne topicals, like your Duacs and Epiduos and Benzaclins and ProActives, do not help hormonal acne because they simply don't communicate with hormones. Acne is a long chain of events, and topicals typically attack the END of the chain, which is bacteria and inflammation. Hormones are at the beginning of the chain, and the typical way to address hormones is with a pill
  4. OK, I just have to post again. I shared my story on Winged Serpent's page: "Clear after 26 years". But I just want to say this works. After struggling with horrible acne for 20+ years, I am clear! Here's what I am doing. 500 mg sustained release Pantothenic Acid 2x a day 500 mg L-Carnitine once a day with Pantothenic acid ( with a meal) try to reduce sugar intake lots of water Juice DAILY Always sweet potato with someting else like cucumber, celery, beet, etc. I use a mild cleaner -
  5. Hi, I'm a 20 year old male with moderate to severe cystic acne, mostly on my face and shoulders. Thankfully I usually only have anywhere from 2-4 acne cysts total at a time on my body, but they tend to be very deep and painful and take a long time to heal completely (upwards of a month sometimes). I'm currently trying every treatment I can find as a last-ditch effort before I resort to Accutane, which I am willing to try at this point, as it was recommended by my dermatologist. I'm currentl
