    Chipotle - any red flags?

Hi everyone, so I've been trying to root out dietary causes of my longstanding acne/bacne and have gone dairy, gluten, and junk food free for a while in those efforts. I have seen some success which has been encouraging, although admittedly up and down. My question is for people's thoughts on Chipotle bowls. I basically eat Chipotle every day for lunch because it's the only spot nearby where I can reliably get non-dairy, gluten-free meals. I actually don't mind the repetition at all and my ini
  2. So about 1.5 weeks ago I bought an ebook called "Annihilate Your Acne: The complete natural guide to consistently clear skin". It's $20 but it's one of the best $20 I've spent. Plus there's a money back guarantee if your acne doesn't clear up. So this book is absolutely amazing. I opened it and couldn't stop reading. It concentrates mostly on oil balances (omega 3 vs. 6) and antioxidants as well as pesticides. It goes through each food group and tells you what is appropriate for acne and
  3. So if you've been stalking my old posts, you would know that I'm really big on using DMSO (https://www.acne.org/messageboard/topic/337735-dmso-the-best-fix-for-acne). DMSO pretty much scavenges and eats free-radicals for lunch. More importantly, it breaks up scars and boosts collagen.* Iodine, being an essential metabolic element, helps in scar regeneration. Copper peptide works amazingly well in scar reduction. Hyaluronic acid serum is all about wrinkle-free smooth s
  4. Hey all! After having acne since 14 and now being 19 and in college, I'm still...well frustrated! I've taken lots of pills, and done any diets. Right now I am paleo, soaked beans and legumes. However, I just made the insulin, magneisum, chromium, defficency connection, and really think that makes SO MUCH SENSE! But I don't wanna post about it until i'm 100% clear. My problems: 1.) I cannot for the life of me POOP! I eat so much fiber. Talking atleast 30 grams. Drink water all day! And n

★★REAL Causes of ACIDOSIS & HEARTBURN★★ Hyperacidity, also called acidosis, is known as the main cause of HEARTBURN, which is a BURNING SENSATION in the esophagus. Esophagus is the foodpipe that connects the throat with the stomach. Oranges, grapefruits, tomatoes, chillies, peppers, mustard, other spices, wine, beer, other alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, carbonated beverages and many other foods and drinks have been blamed by doctors, medical scientists and nutr
  6. Here is my story. I’m 35 years old and my skin is finally clearing up from acne. I mean it looks almost as good as it did before puberty. I really wasn’t sure it was ever going to happen for me. When I was in college I scoured the shelves for dermatology books and read up on skin disorders. I am a research type of person, a college "junkie" so to speak. I went to college for seven and a half years. Anyway, back to my main topic. When I woud go on dates, I would pray a whitehead didn’t form

    Topical Iodine

Hello , I'm wondering if anyone has tried topical iodine? I know for acne they often say to stay clear of iodine rich foods but I have not been able to find anything about using it topically - other than on the reviews section on this site. Whenever I've had a wound the hospitals here (UK) always wash the wound with iodine to prevent infection, it got me thinking if it would work on inflamed, open or infected acne. I've bought a low strength iodine solution made by Savlon and am going t

  9. Okay, so I find that any multi-vitamins with too many b vitamins give me acne bumps, so I started taking KIDS gummies, cause they don't have nearly as much! But the one I have been taking has 30% the daily value of iodine in one gummy, and I only take one day. Also, it has some b vitamins in it, but nowhere near 100%. Anyways, I was also eating TONS, like 3 boxes a week of the new gluten free vanilla chex cereal, which is enriched in loads of b vitamins. I would eat probably half the box in a si

    Exercise Causes Constipation!

★★★Exercise Causes Constipation!★★★ One great medical myth, prevailing for 2000 to 3000 years, is that physical exercise helps in preventing and curing constipation. This false belief is still being dogmatically propagated all over the world by practitioners of Allopathy, Ayurveda and Naturopathy, and by experts in Health Education and Sports Medicine. All therapies based on this dangerous dogma are a threat to the health of many patients. I have never found any scienti
