  1. This year, I've become increasingly frustrated with my acne since it has started appearing more frequently in strange places - like my forearms, hands, fingers, and stomach. While in the past I put my acne concerns on the back burner, recent events have made fighting this acne a much higher priority. It's at least somewhat socially acceptable to have acne on the face - or on the back and chest - but not other weird places. It's just scary and frustrating to think that I might not have any c
  2. I've been doing tons of research on herbs that will reduce sebum production when taken internally and found that saw palmetto seems to really do the job. However, I don't want to try it because of the side effects ; the reason why I'm looking for an herbal solution is because I want to avoid side effects. Sooo basically I came across a web page that said rosemary could help lessen oily skin but that was the only web page that mentioned taking rosemary internally to reduce oil production. Other w
  3. I have been suffering from moderate acne for 6 years now (from 16 to 22 years) and i've finally found out what was wrong! I'm clear like never before and I want to share it with you, and the best part? I don't use any expensive products! So a little background, I've tried almost everything you can think of: different cleansers, moisturisers, harsh chemicals/drugs, cutting out diary, multivitamins, drinking more water, trying different shampoos, topical tea tree oil, internally apple cider v
  4. Please excuse me for this post, but I am so frustrated with my body acne. I am such a freak that I get acne even in weird places like my forearms, hands, and stomach. And yes, I do think that it's actual acne for reasons that I will explain later in this post. MY RANT Having weird body acne is so frustrating because I'm such a freak. Virtually nobody else gets acne in such weird places. It's at least somewhat socially acceptable to have acne on the face, back, or chest. It's frustrating
  5. So I've 100% concluded that external treatments have no effect on my acne after 4 years of experimenting with a dermatologist. The things I've been taking internally help a bit, but not enough to not make me feel like crap. I'd say I'm about 50% clear with: Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, a good probiotic & psyllium husks. I was wondering what you've been taking orally that has cured your acne if it has?
  6. I have a few questioons about saw palmetto and dht. Basically I am a male and I have had acne since i was 15, moderately severe and I am now almost 18. I have tried quitting masturbation which seems to work but I haven't gotten past 2 weeks. Since I see noticeable results that make me love the world and prance around like a fairy, I realize that my acne must be hormonal, caused by excess DHT, right? Im no scientist, only an obsessive internet fool. I have also noticed that when I cut soy out
