  1. So, my skin has been pretty bad for a while now, but the last few days it has gotten significantly worse. Then today, I got my period and now I'm laid up in bed with the WORST cramps, possibly an ovarian cyst. A little backstory... my mom and several other female relatives have PCOS. I'm pretty sure I do as well, though I've never had an x-ray to prove it, but my last OBGYN always referred to me as having it, and I've experienced (very, very painful) ovarian cysts a handful of times in the past.

Hey guys, So I have been thinking about this for a while and I had an interesting thought..I came across posts where people claim that excess glucose in your blood leads to more insulin secretion which in turn gives you insulin spikes and thus acne. What if this can be controlled by deep breathing? Because when you breathe, doesn't the oxygen which is inhaled react with glucose in your cells to release energy?     Hey y'all. Same ish as usual. Just working my butt off. For the past week or so, I have been taking my walk around the lake in the mornings usually at 10:45-11:45 or sometimes 11:45-12:45.   10. Hi! Its been a while since i posted here. I went 2 months without eating any sugar or dairy and my acne stopped completely. I eat some fruit to see how i would react and 2 hours after eating fruit, my forehead would itch like crazy and i would get acne the next day. i know only eat sugar once a week.   17. I've been lurking for two years, but finally decided to make an account because I've got something to say: I'm clear, finally. After 12 years of struggle, I now know how to control my moderate acne. In October 2011, I started eating a strict paleo diet and it cured anxiety/depression, improved my general well-being, and minimized acne.
