  1. Hi guys, On the 19th Jan this year I went to my local dermatologist for some TCA. He initially put me on a regime to clear up the blackheads/pore problem i have on my nose and cheeks for a 6 week period and it worked great so I trusted his advice. I have a few scarred pores on my nose and I made sure I did a lot of research on the topic of TCA cross before I went ahead with it. He actually suggested the procedure before I even asked him about it which instilled confidence in me. He told
  2. I have very bad skin texture and alot of it have been due to these hard yellow plugs (comedomes i think?). They don't go away on their own and I have to squeeze them out (bad I know) but they get refilled again. Once squeezed, little holes are left behind which I think are icepicks. They're all over my forehead and cheeks and you can see them in the pictures. I'm currently starting tretinoin (Retin A) to see if it helps and was wondering if any of you with experience with these plu
  3. Hello, so I have really bad scarring. I will post pictures as soon as I am able to. I have a mixture of rolling scars, boxcar and some ice pick scars. The ice picks don't really bug me. It's the boxcar scars and rolling scars that are literally driving me crazy! I am begging people to post your results good or bad with scar removal techniques you have either got done professionally or tried at home. I have noticed that once people get really great results they pretty much stop visiting the websi
  4. Hello everyone and thank you in advance to anyone who is able to help, In my teens I suffered from horrific cystic acne and it left me with some pretty noticeable ice pick scarring all over my cheeks. I'm 22 years old and finally at a point in my life where I am able to do something about this. I will be finishing school soon and hope to put my best self forward when I enter the job market and these scars really ruin my self esteem. I am bi-racial and of darker complexion, I have researched
  5. Basically after looking in the mirror daily I figured I'm an idiot to at least not try something small. I figured I will try TCA Cross on one of my scars and see how the results are. For those who have done it what do you think is a good percentage to do my first cross with? I was thinking start with 50% but i'm not sure if there is any safety advantage to the lower percentages. I would honestly love to hear any feedback on this matter. I will also post pictures so you guys can tell me what
  6. Hello! I was wondering if any of you have tried red light therapy for superficial scarring. I did a treatment yesterday as part of a facial, along with blue light and high frequency, and today my skin looks more plump and my scars are barely noticeable under makeup. I tried portable red lights before, but this time the aesthetician had me lay under the red light for 15 minutes (it seemed very strong, I had to put goggles on), after 15 minutes under a blue light that covered my entire face. Ev
