CaliKisses posted a topic in Diet & holistic healthI bought some honey today because I read all the raves about the honey masks. It cost me $7 and its Acacia Honey by Indo-European. The website is zergut.com. The ingredients list says "100% pure honey", and right below that it says "No preservatives, artificial colors or flavors." It also says US Grade A directly below that. It doesn't say organic on it so I don't believe it is. Do you think this is OK to put on my face? Thank you!
Hey everyone, I'm about to share a ton of information, but I hope some of you can read through it and hopefully maybe even learn from it. I'm 31 years old and have pretty bad cystic acne.
