So basically in order for me to gain muscle/weight from working out, I need to consume about 3,000 calories a day. I was doing this without much of a problem with the use of weight gainer shakes and awful TV dinners, etc. but I'm almost 100% sure that my acne is diet related, and that I have a dairy, soy and gluten intolerance or sensitivity. Another problem is that my doctor told me to stop eating so much fruit because my glucose level is a little on the high end of the normal spectrum. Any tip

A little over a year ago i confirmed that i was gluten and dairy intolerant :http://www.acne.org/...96#entry3196096 Last week i went to Paris with my wife and i accepted the fact that ill tolerate any side-effects because i can't deny myself French pastries. I ate chocolate croissants, cakes, crepes and other gluten and dairy filled treats all day long for 4 days. I had no bloating, no gas, and no acne at any point... I really can't explain this.
