  1. Heya, Does anyone break out from Sugar free soft drinks? I know Coke has caramel which is a problem if you're gluten intollerant. But what about Sugar free Sprite(Don't know if you get in the USA)/(Lemonade) or Sugar free ginger beer or something? There is cytric acid in sugar free Sprite. - Should it bother me?   16. Do you ever eat when your stomach is full because you just love the taste of the food? I pretty much do that everyday. Today, Ive eaten so poorly. For breakfast, I had a strawberry breakfast bar and a bottle of ginger ail from trader joes. When I got to work, I had skittles. For lunch, I had one enchillada and a 24 oz bottle of water, and for dinner (this is horrible), Im eating a whole pizza from trader joes. 1/3 of the pizza is 310 calories.   17. For the last 2 weeks or so, I've been throwing up at night. Even just a little bit. Not every night though maybe every 2nd or 3rd night. But this week now, I've threw up almost every night.
