  1. I am a gay 22 year old male. I've had nodular acne for about 10 years now. Its come to a point in my life now that it has become a hindrance for alot of things in my life. As a young gay male, you want to go out be seen and have fun...not as in being scandalous. I can't wear certain clothing out because it'll show what's covering my body. I have them on my chest, back, hips, and minimal on my neck and glutes. I can't help it but envy alot of the other gay guys :/ being able to be comfortable wit
  2. Hello! I am an undergraduate at UCLA who is doing a sociological research project on gay men with acne and how acne affects these men's experiences and body image. If you identify as a gay man and have acne and would feel comfortable participating in my study, please contact me at (408) 768-4962 or [email protected] As a participant, you would be interviewed for approximately an hour about your experience being a gay man and having acne. Because I am based out of Los Angel
  3. I’m currently 23. Just started accutane a week ahí. I’ve never had a boyfriend and I think it’s because of my acne. I’ve dated but I can’t help thinking that they’re looking at my face because of it, I topped wearing make up cause I don’t want to make it worse but it makes me feel so insecure. The funny part is I wouldn’t mind if I’m dating someone with acne or whatever but I feel they do. Gay guys are usually really shallow. I’m just scared to date anymore and I know I don’t need no man lol bu
