  1. Here are some photos from the end of week 1. I am breaking out a little more which I thought might not have done, ha! I woke up with a spot by my mouth that wasn't there last night and already came to a head. Fastest ever. New ones on my neck too. The volcano cyst thing on my cheek kind of never surfaced as it normally would have but it's now a nasty red patch. My lips are still dry and I am finding Burts bees the best by far. My nose peeling has calmed down now and next to my nose is a tiny bit
  2. Alright, I have moderate acne, very oily skin, and red marks left over from healing pimples. I need make up, I honestly refuse to leave the house without trying to cover my imperfections. I'm far from a makeup guru soI'm looking for advice! I need a affordable (drugstore or not crazy expensive higher end) full coverage foundation that is oil free and wont clog my pores and also a blemish concealer! Any suggestions?
  3. A few weeks ago I purchased the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation since I'd heard a lot of great things about it; however, I'm beginning to think it might be causing a bit of a breakout on my skin ugh. Not a ton of pimples, but more clogged pores/comedones? especially along my jawline. I read online that this happened to some other people as well and they mentioned it being due to improper cleansing of the skin. I don't think this is the case for me since my toner pads came out clear. I'm not
  4. Alright, this is for everyone out there who has skin issues, and wants to cover them up. Now i know treating is very important, but this post will not be about treating, its about covering. Now I have had my battle with just about every foundation out there, and I think I may have found a good regime for just about everyone who needs coverage. BEST PRIMER EVER: Philosophy: the present, 25$ at sephora for 2floz. Now maybe your thinking thats expensive, but most drugstore primers are 10-12 dol
  5. Hi guys! I've been using Almay tlc for about a year now and I need a change! My foundation is a mess after two hours after applying it, and by the end of the school day my face is cakey and shiny and disgusting! I have to blot my face with oil sheets and apply powder every two hours. It's soooo embarrassing and I've had enough. I have acne on my chin but my real problem is covering my huge pores! My pores are really what makes my skin look disgusting. I'm also extremely pale so a lot of makeup m
  6. Hey everyone, I need some suggestions for a new foundation. I've tried drugstore brands like covergirl and Revlon, they're cheap but I think I'm now willing to spend a little more bucks. I have combination skin, more on the oily side, and I'm looking for a full coverage makeup. I have large pores and a lot of scarring and also active acne. I've been looking at Clinique, smashbox, lancome, makeup forever, and Almay. I've heard a lot of people using almay. I need some suggestions on a foundation a
