  1. This year, I've become increasingly frustrated with my acne since it has started appearing more frequently in strange places - like my forearms, hands, fingers, and stomach. While in the past I put my acne concerns on the back burner, recent events have made fighting this acne a much higher priority. It's at least somewhat socially acceptable to have acne on the face - or on the back and chest - but not other weird places. It's just scary and frustrating to think that I might not have any c

    forehead acne

i'm 14 and i've had acne for at least 7 months now, at first it was a mixture of pimples on my cheeks, chin, forehead etc but it was very light acne - more of teenage breakouts but for the past 7 or so months i've had acne specifically on my forehead, which i think is cystic acne? i've tried so many things and read up about it so much - i've tried different skin care like tea tree and so forth but unfortunately it just dried my skin out so much to the point it was crispy which was really gros
  3. Hello I have mild acne which is well under control with Epiduo. About 3 months ago I got a cyst that was very inflamed on my forhead. It was one of those that didn’t come to a head. I waited about 2 month and it went down and eventually the redness went away but I ended up getting a bump that’s the size of a pea—it’s not painful but I can see/feel a lump under my skin. I decided to visit a derm and got it injected twice and it kinda helped but the lump is still there!!! Any sugesstions or advi
  4. hi, i am 15 and i have a really weird forehead texture which looks rough and there are tiny bumps. specifically, this only shows up in photos and looks far worse outdoors. for awhile i thought it was folliculitis and tried nizoral but that didn't work out too well. i've tried paula's choice bha as well however even after the purging period i would get random cysts on areas i'm not acne prone to. exfoliating somehow makes my skin have an even worse texture (palmer's brand) so i stopped doing that
  5. I have never broken out before in my life. What could be causing this and how do I fix it? Please help I feel so ugly and ashamed.

I wash it 2 to 3 times a day with a cleanser . I tried tea tree oil but nothing . Tried other pharmaceutical tubes and nothing . Maybe the only thing it changed it a bit is

  8. Hello, I'm 20 years old. Been thinking of treating my horrible forehead acne scars and not really sure where to start. I look like a burned victim under harsh lighting If you turn your screen brightness up you can see how bad it is. My skin is really really rough. What kind of treatments should I be getting for this? Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch. under extreme angle I will post clearer pictures if needed.
  9. Hi my name is Arizona, i’m 17. I’ve had these very tiny (thousands it seems) of bumps on my forehead, around my nose, nose, chin, nose bridge, etc. I’ve tried everything. It looks so horrible, i don’t even take selfies anymore or any pictures close up to my face because it looks bad. it has really lowered my self esteem. I don’t have acne and i don’t get acne: it’s not acne, it’s just bumps. It’s not red white black or any specific color, they don’t hurt, i don’t pick at them, they’re just there
  10. Hello, I'm 22, i have noticed that i have acne since 18 years old (maybe earlier), i had acne on my temples (dark spots) and a little on jawline. It wasn't bad at all, I didn't take it seriously. But in winter of 2017 my acne got worse and spread on forehead, chest, and upper back, shoulders. So i tried to clean it every day but it didn't help much. On the face my acne is in T-zone, cheeks are clear. On the back it's in triangle or T shape. I read about that and someone said that it's acne v
  11. Hey does anyone know a slightly cheaper way to get rid of acne scarring? I used bha cause I had closed comedomes and my skin purged and got it all out onto my skin and it's almost cleared up except these little dots on my skin.. if anyone knows how to get rid of them please let me know.. that'd be amazing because they make me so insecure
  12. Plz anyone tell me that from which acne I am suffering and what is the best method to eliminate it
  13. So I was in Australia for three weeks on a rugby tour. However I did not take my normal proactive three step regimen (the new one with the toner) since my parents believe it to bleach sheets and they wouldn't want a billet families sheets bleached. However I did take some neutrogena applicants and a la Roche face wash. These did not clear my skin but my skin only worsened a little bit, except for my forehead and nose which began to clear on the trip. Though when I got back my skin really started
  14. From the album: My Claravis Journey.

ok i haven't posted in a while, but here i am! It's day 75 today. My current dose is 70 mg a day, one 40 mg at night, one 30 mg in the morning. I also take B-complex vitamins. Most of the redness are acne scars. There are very little current pimples. I'm so satisfied with my results. It's only been a couple months and my acne is quickly saying its farewell. I wear a very thin layer of neutrogena shine control make up to cover up my acne scars and to protect my skin from the sun because it does h
  15. I have some long lasting scarring on my forehead which has been severely affecting my confidence. I’ve attached some clear photos, there is one boxcar like scar which is about one sheet of paper deep and bothers me the most. Could anybody suggest treatment options for this? I have recently started using Tretinoin 0.025% + Clindamycin for blocked pores but not sure it will help with this wide atrophic scar? Thank you!

  18. Right after my period ends my forehead gets super oily right, under the skin bumps appear all over my forehead, and breakouts start appearing on my forehead as well. This lasts for almost a full week and then right after my skin returns to normal, under the skin bumps go away, and the breakouts start to heal and go away. Does anyone know what causes this and how to prevent this from happening? This happens every month and I believe this is what is preventing the skin on my forehead from getti
  19. I never had acne growing up. Maybe the usual one or two pimples during that time of month but thats it. However, for the past 3 years I've been dealing with acne. I started breaking out suddenly at age 18 then started birth control a couple months right after the breakouts started. I've been on birth control up until 6 months ago. I was on the BC pill Lutera which made my skin horrible. I would have 15-20 active pimples all over my forehead ALL the time. When one would go away another one would
  20. I am so upset and it's hard for me to type about this because it makes me want to cry. My skin was really bad in January and after a year I managed to clear it up. Three months later I break out all over again and I haven't changed anything in my skincare and I'm even eating healthier. I get a cluster of whiteheads between my eyebrows and I tend to stay away from makeup. It feels like sandpaper. I use the cerave foaming face wash http://www.ulta.com/foaming-facial-cleanser?productId=xlsImpprod51
  21. Ok so yesterday I lost to the temptations and squeezed a blackhead/ clogged pore on my forehead. The stuff came out, but today it turned into a raised dark red bump, and was slightly painful. I decided to take my chances and see if I could squeeze out some more (I had a similar experience with another pimple, it was red and wouldn't leave my face. Eventually I squeezed it again and there was still some pus left inside, turns out that's what kept it on my face. It scabbed for a bit but nothing ma
  22. Just finished my second pack of Yasmin and am in the break week, however my forehead has suddenly become really rough feeling and I've noticed small bumps all over it (although only visible in certain lighting) Some of them have turned into whiteheads, others have been there for a few weeks now and don't seem to be disappearing... wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if it's just an initial breakout and will subside? The fact that the bumps seem more like clogged pores than actua
  23. So prom is this weekend and my face, that's been uncooperative for the past year and that I expect not to clear up any time soon, isn't even as flat as I would care for it to be before I apply any make-up on. A little skin history; I've been using the Exposed Acne Kit since January and thinking that it'd help my skin out, it actually made all of my pimples surface which they mentioned was normal but went on for too long for me to stick with it after 5 weeks when it said results would come by the
  24. Hey everybody, yesterday was my 3 month mark on Tretinoin .025% cream. I have only been using the cream and nothing else to help my terrible, terrible forehead acne. However, it has been 3 months and I have seen no significant change. I go to the dermatologist in 2 hours and I'm scared I may break down in front of him. Any suggestions if I should stay on the cream or just add maybe an antibiotic or anything else to help or just stop altogether. Any advice is appreciated. here is my current regi
