  1. I want to help others, so I am posting my story here. I am 40 years old and have suffered from very oily skin and acne since my teenage years. I tried all sorts of topical applications by numerous companies and doctors with almost no success. I did a round of accutane that did reduce my cystic acne in my 20s. But I have always suffered by occassional breakouts that I could pinpoint to diet or time of the month. I just "accepted" my acne. But this last year, I accidentally cured myself.
  2. Just curious what everyone is avoiding because it causes break outs. For me, dairy is my worst enemy. I can't enjoy ice cream, milk, or moderate quantities of yogurt without paying the price. I have found that kefir is ok though, probably due to the added bacteria helping me digest the lactose. I haven't noticed anything else though. What about you? What foods cause you to break out? I have heard stories that citrus and other weird foods cause some to break out.
  3. OK so I'm pretty positive that the cause of my severe acne and food intolerances is parasites. Whenever I try to kill parasites I become severely backed up (proof of parasites for many). I have explored every other natural avenue (gaps diet,candida diet, dairy/gluten/sugar free,every single supplement/vitamin/mineral known to man, liver cleansing and more). So I was thinking of going about trying to kill them again with ACV, black walnut hull tinctures, etc, and using enemas to keeep the bowels
  4. This seems to be working for me. It hasn’t been a quick process though. I can be 100% clear (if I chose to). But I still need to follow step 1, as I don’t feel I’ve fully completed step 2, and therefore can’t complete step 3. Here’s my suggestions in a nutshell.   5. I'm more or less paleo. Drink bone broth, eat fermented foods. Don't drink alcohol anymore. Taking many probiotic supplements since last year. Taking what seems like a thousand supplements at the moment. Tried the gaps diet ( recent test results show I have zero intestinal permeability/candida/parasites). So I'm focusing on liver flushes at the moment. Have done a few with not much improvement. Anybody have success with these? What about NAET? NMT? I don't know how much longer I can put up
