  1. Hello, My right eye seems a bit blurry. When I test my vision my left eye is very sharp at 20/20 but my right eye cannot see as far/accurately. Anyone else getting this? I don't know if it's because I spend too much time on the computer or because I haven't been sleeping much due to not carring about my skin on accutane. I'm going to limit my computer time and sleep earlier along with using eye drops even though it doesn't feel dry. But let me know if you also have this and what you're doing
  2. Hello, For the last 2-3 months I have noticed these little red circular spots that appear and disappear under neath my eyes. It has happened to both eyes, but currently I have one larger red spot underneath my right eye. I have tried benzoyl peroxide, lemon, ice, and even cortisone cream. However, while the rest of my face has no acne, this little sucker won't budge. I do take oral contraceptives and I do currently take seasonal allergy meds. The red spot is not raised, I have tried steam but n
  3. Hi. I'm desperate for any assistance help tips or anything at all. I've read a lot here and tried a lot of stuff already. But nothing has worked so far, and a lot of the other issues seems related to other stuff. First off, I’m dyslexic and English is my second language, so if there’s any spelling mistakes I might have missed after proof reading this a couple of times that’s why. Let me know and I’ll fix it as soon as possible. Basic story: I’ve been been using Isotreti
  4. Hi, I have been suffering with this type of acne (I am not sure what it is called exatly) on my face near my right eye. I have uploaded images of it (might be disturbing) for almost 2 weeks now AND.... it is not getting any better... I don't see any reduction in size. The "acne" is quite soft but it doesn't feel like it contains pus. It just feels like a small muscle lump underneath. If it helps I have had this problem for almost 4 years now and long story short I did take two typ
  5. Hey guys! Long time lurker here, trying to find someone with similar symptoms, but I decided to finally just post something to try and get some answers. I've had acne since my sophomore year of high school (Junior in college now), but the type of acne is different. I had typical acne (lots of pimples) and I went to see a dermatologist. She put me on doxycycline, but I underestimated her warning of must wear sunscreen outside and got a really bad sunburn at a cross country meet. I wasn't
  6. theres pretty thin skin there (why even? just why? can someone explain i dont get the need nd sense in this, shouldnt it be as thick as other places to protect eyes? :/) bt thts y i wanna thicken it up i have rly visible veins there (the reason for this is tht its a natural bodys defence system to keep dirty people distances away from me ofc) bt actually i just dont wanna get the wrinkles there ever! will this prevent them for good? will it make my veins bleed? (i kinda wanna pierce
  7. Hello all, thank you in advance to any responses! Attached is a picture of my problem. I was wondering if anyone could shed light as to what this is and how i can treat/manage it. I have lots of redness under my eyes along with little white dots that are located in the redness. I have always had it and was curious what its called and possibly if its acne related (which i have bad acne all on my chin, nose, forehead) Thanks alot
  8. Hey everyone! So I've been on Accutane (Claravis) for a little over two weeks. I've already noticed a big difference, and my face doesn't produce hardly any oil. But my eyes have been very dry, and I'm wondering what the best type of eye drops are to use? I don't wear contacts, so that's not a problem. Any help would be great, thanks!
  9. Hi, I popped a pimple right between my eye and where the nose start to slant. I had difficulty popping it and just kept trying like an idiot. After a while i finally succeeded but it swelled up a little bit for a couple days where i could really feel it like a small bruise under my eye. The swelling went away after a couple days. Anyways, it has been like 2 weeks now and it has completely gone down but there has been this red mark there that hasnt gone away. I feel I have bruised the tissue
  10. I'm on my third month of accutane on 40mg a day as I've had a LOT of side effects, mainly being dry everywhere! Anyway one day I woke up with a weird white tiny lump on my upper waterline of my eye, it made my eye so so itchy for the whole day and it was uncomfortable to blink. I prodded it with a cotton bud in the evening and it basically burst straight away, so it was like having a yellow head type of spot on my waterline... then it was suddenly gone! I am just wondering anyone else has exp
  11. I've tried to use eyedrops, rinse with water, nothing helped. It makes it hard to blink and it feels like my eye has some sort of pressure feeling. Today marks day 2 of this.
  12. A few days ago a small zit between my temple and eye evolved into a monstrous knot. It's hard and round (a out the size od a dime or penny), but the swelling has spread to my eye (in the morning ings, my upper eye lid is puffy, but under my eye remains puffy and sometimes bruised). The sore is HARD and very painful, red, and a whitish scabby crater thing on top. I've put alcohol, moisturizer, generic acne wash, heat, ice... but it doesn't seem to phase it. But itt HURTS. It may be infected (
  13. Can anyone let me know of their experiences with eye drops and Accutane? I work on a computer all day long so therefore I'm not helping my eyes while one Accutane. I even use to have problems with red eyes due to working on the computer BEFORE I even started Accutane. I've taken several measures to reduce the harm to my eyes such as warming my screen's color, drinking more water and trying to take frequent breaks from the computer. Although this works to some extent, sometimes I get caught up an
  14. I'm about 2 1/2 months into my treatment. My symptoms so far are muscle and joint soreness and fatigue. Oddly enough, dry skin hasn't really been a problem with me. I guess it's the jojoba oil doing its job. Anyways, lately I've been having a tiny vision problem. It's almost like a slight fog over half of my pupil that comes and goes. I've never had vision problems, and I've never needed glasses or contacts. I stare at the computer a lot, so I really don't know if this is accutane related. I ha
  15. So I've had these bumps under my skin, under my eyes for quite some time but I never thought I could fix it. I really don't like the look of it, and after some researching I've come to the conclusion that they could be called 'syringomas'. Mine is kind of mild, and it doesn't stick out of my skin. Anyone have the same problem, and if so, have you guys cured it?
  16. HEY ILL TRY AND MAKE THIS SHORT AND TO THE POINT. I went on accutane when I was 16, 40mg a day for like 6 months. JUST THE USUAL SYMPTOMS DURING COURSE (Dry lips, dry skin... No dry eye though) Okay so I finished the course and my eyes began to just be super dry... lets say they were at 100% dryness for information purposes. I went on an eye drop called Tobradex (4x a day for a week) which brough the dryness down to 50%. I really do think that one drop helped a lot... OKAY so with time I
  17. Hello everyone, I started the regimen 3 weeks ago, and I have noticed some light burns on my skin. First, the lines that go from the side of my nose to the beginning of my mouth (hope I make sense). Second, the area next to me eyebrows and next to my eyes. Those areas are darker (burned) than the rest. However, I don't know for sure which product is burning them because when I use the moisturizer I feel this burning sensation that goes away after 5 minutes. When I use the BP I feel nothing. I
