    Doing Nothing - Teen Acne

I'm a sixteen year old guy with moderate acne, I've tried many things, and now I'm trying doing nothing. I've had acne since I was about 12. It's always made me feel very insecure and depressed. I've tried multiple things, but have tried to stay away from the drugs such as Acutane, because of the possible side effects. The one thing I tried for the longest time was Epiduo. I can tell you more about that if you like, but this log will mostly be about my current regimen - nothing. I've been doin

    Organic Acne Treatment?

So lately I've been really interested in organic skincare. I don't know why. My whole motto about skincare is, "If it's working, why change it?" or "If it's not broken, don't fix it".... But is it really working? I was looking through my pile of what I call "skincare" products, which are basically a bunch of chemicals, and honestly, I thought I knew what ingredients to avoid but I don't think I know the half of it. I can't tell you ANYTHING about 98% of the ingredients in my products. None. Now
  3. Hey everyone. I'll be quick about it. I recently discovered that 'zinc oxide' can be the stand-alone acne cure for some people. (Seems like most actually). These people use baby diaper rash creams and sunscreens with a zinc oxide percentage of 5 to 40 percent. I have been intrigued to try zinc oxide related products. Note, zinc oxide is recommended for oily skin-types. I have mostly dry, sensitive skin. So this is a risk, because I'm a bit desperate. (Arn't we all). Though the warmer clima

    Day 1

Hi all! I'm Tracy!! I wanted to document my journey towards clearer skin Back in early July I started to break out really bad. I'm a 42 year old woman and I've had acne since I was 13. My dermatologist put me on a liquid form of Retin-A and a cream that had to be refrigerated...for the life of me I can't remember the name of it So anyway back in early July I started breaking out. I had heard that 100% tea tree oil works wonders so I bought it. It really worked. But then it didn't work. I h
  5. So does Kimchi cause acne? I was researching and others said that it doesn't? However, I've always heard that spicy foods cause acne. Have you ever tried experimenting this?

    Masturbation Anew!

Im starting a new masturbation restriction log. I am aware that there are several others already but they are a bit crowded and I wanted to find a few people willing to try this with me. The longest I have gone was 2 weeks and I saw noticeable improvement in my skin. To be positive, Im going to go for at least 2 months and then indefinitely. My info: Male, 17, acne since 15, moderately severe, dad & grandpa had it, soy free diet that emphasizes raw fruits & veggies, haven't tried accutan
  7. After reading hundreds of posts with people debating about whether if masturbation causes acne or not ive decided to share this info which will hopefully put an end to this and to some peoples acne... First of all: no MASTURBATION DOES NOT CAUSE ACNE IN EVERYBODY, in fact, its a minority I believe which is affected by masturbation, if you started masturbating around the time you started getting acne its highly probable masturbation causes acne in your case, if you notice your skin gets worse a
