  1. Hi all, After lurking on this website trying to find a cure for my acne, I've tried so many regimens and nothing really helped me, until now. I have finally found a cure that's for me, and I really want to share this with you guys, because it might benefit one of you out there. Ready? Okay, the cure is: SLEEP! Okay, I know it sounds ridiculous and all, but coming from a college student who used to sleep late and irregularly this is actually working for me! Ever since the beginning of A
  2. I have come back after a long time and I wanted to share my recovery with you. You only have to take the initiative to get make the necessary changes in your lifestyle, whether you want to do it that's up to you. Basically my skin has been completely spot free since a year now. Acne.org has helped me much. I have seen so many doctors unwilling to address the source of the problem and only treating symptoms. I am not sure whether they lack medical education or they are playing dumb to help t
  3. I folow my the 28 day acne-free diet program, take the appropriate nutritional supplements and use recommended topicals. Avoid coffee, excess alcohol and tobacco, as well as sugary and starchy foods. Exercise in moderation, practice stress-relieving and relaxation-inducing techniques and give yourself the gift of a good night’s sleep. I have this e-book in pdf somebody knows how to open it in word and copy here ? PM effect: <3 <3 <3 my boyfriend upload my all t
  4. I can't believe all the trouble and money my family and I have spent on acne products. One day at Wal-Mart I was looking for a new facial cleanser cause I had just ran out well I came across a travel size bottle of Cetaphil and decided for .97 what harm could it do trying and that's the thing there was no harm it cleared my face up the next day! It's so gentle I can use it 3 times a day because sometimes after work I feel like my face is so oily I like that I can use it unlimited times. Also an
  5. So I'm 33 years old I had acne really bad in High school did the whole Accutane thing then. I feel as though it was not the solution I thought it was going to be. A few years later my acne came back not as bad but ever year it would get a little worse until I was right back to were I was to start with. I then went on the all natural band wagon and tried just about everything i could find. Honey, garlic, tea tree oil, vinegar, baking soda, none of it seemed to work. More recently I started
  6. I've had good success with aspirin. Of course, some cysts/zits will be stubborn. But aspirin has helped me so much. What I do is crush the aspirin (I put a pill in between two toilet paper squares and use the bottom of a nail polish bottle). Once that is done, I apply some topical cream to my affected area and (while still wet) apply some aspirin powder. I leave it on overnight! The anti-inflammatory properties should work their magic and help you.
