I was wondering about this for a while, growing up we always ate pretty bad ( by the standards of what's bad for acne), my diet from childhood was very heavy in meat, dairy, sugary treats and all that stuff that's terrible for skin. We always had sugar and candy and ice cream on a daily basis. Though I've changed my diet years ago, is it possible having g those foods from a young age contributed to developing acne? My mom and grandma had it too but their diet was similar to mine.

  3. I've been doing the regimen for about a year and never had more then four minor pimples during the regimen. I ate an avocado last night and now I have TWELVE huge pimples, I don't know what do to or how to get the redness down. Has anyone else ever experienced this!? please help

Hi everyone , to make it simple been on a restricted diet due to acne and seborheic dermatitis for over 4 months and there has been improvement still not perfect to many whiteheads to deal with left . I mainly eat chicken , oignons , garlic , zucchinis , almonds , celery , salad leaves , turkey etcc . No dairy , gluten , sugar not a gram , but my problem is i am getting underweight and my friends noticed and i too am seeing it . How can i gain weight? because my diet doesn't seem to help even
  5. 1) Eat lots of leafy greens (spinach, kale, chard...the good stuff) at least five times a week. I try to eat an entire 5 ounce container each day, but often only finish about 3/4 of it. See item 2 below on why to not eat salad dressing. 2) Do not ever, ever eat anything with xanthan gum in it...which is a lot of food. I've even found xanthan gum in lotions and acne soaps.
