  1. Hey, I am a new acne.org member. I am in a dilemma of choosing an efficient and budget friendly sunscreen for my skin. Provided that I breakout easily and have super oily skin. Which of these is good?
  2. Hey guys, im starting my accutane and wanted to let you guys know how it goes! Im a 15 y/o male thats 6'1 155. I started getting Acne when i was about 12 (yes) and it has progressed since then. Currently i have acne on my Chin, Forehead, and Back. I am on 40mg claravis a day (the exact same thing as accutane, except just a generic brand, so don't worry) lol Acne was getting sort of terrible for me being an athlete and such, almost always having sweat or oil on my face and it started suckin

    Derma Roller

Hi guys I just tried my derma roller for the first time. I just have a few questions. I know I don't have to use it very frequent, but how exactly long should I wait until I use it again? I am not sure if I am applying enough pressure. I broke the skin in some places (forehead, cheek) and can literally hear/feel the needles piercing my skin, but am I pressing to lightly? It was painful for sure haha. I am aware this can take up to 8-9 months to really have effect so I am looking to make optimal

    Derma Drinkables

I saw a post on Instagram the other day where someone claimed to have cleared theirebacne quickly from the inside out using a liqui antioxidant called Derma Drinkables. I tried searching for more reviews but i was only able to find reviews on the products website, and they are all positive. I am wondering if anyone else has used this before? I am sort of skeptical about trying because i think if it worked so well there would be more reviews and they wouldn’t just be on the company website. Also,
  6. So I purchased the Zenmed Derma Cleanse System, which includes the acne gel (has 2% Salicylic Acid), the campsules, and a facial cleanser. I've used these products since March 1st, and my skin has broke out like never before. I've acne on my beard-area, an area where I almost never get acne in. Has anyone used these products before? I'm not sure if its just a purge or if this is going to keep breaking me out. If anyone knows anything about Zenmed, help me out! Thank you. These are

    The Regimen And Dermarolling

Hi all, OK so I've been lurking these forums for some time now and I was wondering if I could grab some advice? I've been using The Regimen for 8+ weeks and my skin has tremendously cleared up. I may get a few spots pop up here and there but nothing serious. I've had acne for years which has unfortunately left certain areas of my skin with scars. OK so my question.. I was wondering is it safe to dermaroll once a week while still using The Regimen twice a day? For example, one afternoon cle
  8. Hello Commuity, Fist I would like to say, thankyou for giving me the opportunity to express my concerns and the time people take to review my post. >I am posting because I would like to reduce my scarring with the "Dermaroller" and other home remedies. >I would like to know which type of derma roller to use for my type of scarring(size) & For how long? > What type of "vitamins and medication" should be used with the type of scars I am presenting? -I am able to buy fr

    Picking Of The Skin

I have been picking my skin/acne for about a year and a half. I have tried to stop and I can-as long as there is somebody watching me or supporting me, but when I am alone I cannot. Perhaps, if there is another one of you who is also trying to stop, but find it difficult we could be Anti-Picking Partners. We could email, text, and/or message each other frequently and work together to stop this and if we fail we can support one another and get back on track. So..anyone want to be my buddy? A
  10. Hey guys/girls I'm a total newbie! First off let me just say hello I'm a 24 year old male who had skin which I believe my derm referred to as 'sensitive to DHT' and I was described as having mild acne consisting of whiteheads/blackheads. I understand there are people in a lot worse circumstances then me and I do not want to sound like a fool worrying over 8+ scarred pores, however it is actually effecting my day to day life. So to begin! I presume these are scarred pores and not ice pick
