  1. From the album: Kat Sanchez

Diet is everything when it comes to healing your acne for good. Healing your gut by eating fermented foods and staying away from refined sugars and processed foods is key. I recently changed up my entire diet and I saw a HUGE change in my skin. I vlogged the results. Hopefully this video inspires you to do more research on how diet impacts your skin.
  2. When i hit 20s i can still tolerate eating cheese and everything with dairy on it, my face was clear and ive got no problem with acne then when i hit the age of 23, i cant imagine what the hell just happened cause my face was seriously horribly covered with acne which it came into a point where i got depressed and just want to die. i dont know what to do, cant see a dermatologist for i just dont have enough expense for it ,then one day i got fed up with my life, i searched the net looking for a
  3. I was following the paleo diet (no grains, sugar, dairy, or beans and focusing on fruits, veggies, nuts, fish, lean meat, etc.) and it was not only helping my body but also my skin. It looked a lot firmer, healthier, and had more life to it. And no breakouts in sight. A month into my diet, I got sick... very sick. I won't go into the nitty gritty details but I ended up in the hospital needed fluids due to dehydration and also just double checking that it wasn't anything serious. I have never bee
  4. I'm 23 years old and I've dealt with acne for 15 years. I won't go into the physical and emotional toll it took on me because everyone's is familiar with the feeling or you wouldn't be reading this. Of course I've tried almost everything except for accutane. The only thing that "temporarily" saved my skin was birth control. It was like a saving grace for me. No more greasy hair, skin, raging emotions and of course, no more acne. I literally woke up one morning and my skin was completely clear. N
  5. I've read scientific studies on the link between acne and dairy products. Its a damning fact that is over looked by many if you've tried everything like me from quinoderm, duac, antibiotics ah so many even went to the extremes of manuka honey c'mon putting honey on my face thats where acne will take you. Desperate attempts to clear your skin and claim your life back confidence and all. Now i've battled with acne for so many years its depressing to think am going to battle with it any longer
