  1. Changed "The Truth" to a journey, since I'm discontinuing it. Summary Basically, I had cystic acne, but finally cleared my skin by eating only eggs and oatmeal for like 2 weeks after getting results back from a skin prick test. Here are those results: Now, these results weren't very accurate and didn't test for enough foods. But oats and carrots and wheat were spot on. Mediator Release Test Now, I didn't get it yet! The picture added was September of 16'. it's honestly crazy how we forget about the hardest times of our lives... and move on like it was nothing. april 15, 2017. it has been about 7 months since this photo. i am now basically clear. No cysts AT ALL. Just a few red marks which seems to clear naturally. I was just wondering, although my skin isn't cleared from acne, but when it clears, should you expect red marks left over? and are they treatable, what I'm asking is basically, once the acne is gone, can you get back to your skin that you had before the acne started coming, or will people who get acne always have red marks for the rest of their lives?   4. I have had acne for about 15 years. I have tried it all but it has never really cleared it all until now. My face is clear after 1 week of drinking 1 glass of water with 5 drops of oregano oil in it per day. Also before bed I rubbed 1 tsp of oil mix on my skin (the oil mix was: 5 drops of oregano oil and about 5-8 tbs argan oil).
