  1. I recently started using the REN cleansing balm. I love it but I'm a little hesitant to use it too often because it has fragrance in it. It says the fragrance 100% natural, but it smells strong in the product.. It leaves my skin feel great, but I feel like it's a little too rich for morning and evening use. I only use it every second evening right now. I've tried many cleansers (bar, liquid, paste..) and so far I haven't found "the one". I really prefer natural products, preferably organic b

    Cetaphil cleanser

Hi guys, so I've been using cetaphil gentle skin cleanser and there's nothing wrong but it makes my face oilier (maybe since it wasn't an oil control cleanser?) should i switch up to cetaphil oily skin cleanser?
  3. Clear Skin Regimen Gentle Cleanser is now available here: http://www.clearskinregimen.com. Because the bottle is so huge it weighs about 22.5 ounces for each cleanser so shipping is more than for a tube of CSRgel. To save on shipping you can order some gels while you order the cleanser or order multiple cleansers at a time. As always I make no money whatsoever from shipping charges. There are already a few ratings on the CSRcleanser ratings page if you wanna take a look. Also, I took a few
  4. Hello all! I ordered 2 new cleansers last month (April 2009) and compared labels with an old bottle I have of the cleanser and compared the ingredient listing on my bottles with those listed for the DK Cleanser on this website. I noticed the "Didazolidinyl Urea" is missing from the wash now (on the actual bottle label.) However, the website has it listed in the wash ingredients. Are the new DK cleanser labels correct - or the website correct? Either way - I'd just like to know if you removed t

    Cleanser and Moisturizer

What other facial cleansers and moisturizers are like the ones in the regimen? After I get clear skin I would like to buy only the treatment and different moisturizer and cleanser just like those ones. And please don't mention Cetaphil, not a big fan of that.

    How I Cleared My Skin

Hi everyone, I've been on this website for a little while but I haven't posted in over a year. I was updating a post with my acne journey until September, 2017, but just lost track of time. My skin has cleared up so incredibly much. I had normal acne on combination skin and now I have very few typical breakouts. I do have some occasional cystic acne now that I'm working on a routine for, but this post is about general acne. My original post focused on the prescription products my dermatolo
  8. im in need of a new cleanser (drugstore) im almost done with gentle purpose cleanser but i want something new. im thinking about getting burt bees deep cleansing cream since it is winter but idk >,< but any reccomendations?
  9. I been using dr.bronner castile soap to wash my face. I've just realized that it's a huge reason on why I have dry, flaky and acne prone skin. It has around a ph of 9. Skin needs 5.5 at the highest. What are some paraben free cleaners, gels or anything I can use on my face?
  10. Just like the title says, what is the best alternative to the acne.org cleanser? I love it, but I just can't keep spending $20 every time I need it (and I go through it more than BP or moisturizer).
  12. I only have mild acne on my chin area and was wondering if it would work the same if I just bought their drugstore alternative recommendations or if I should just buy their regimen? If I did decide either way to go with their drug store regimen recommendations which products as far as cleanser and lotion would be the next best thing to the acne.org regimen?
  13. My body is prone to easily scaring and healing VERY slowly ever since I was a child. If I slouch in the slightest, the skin on my stomach creases into these defined lines (the same spot every time) It may be from: Lack of sleep Dehydration Stress Poor Eye sign (squinting) but I have FOREHEAD WRINKLES! and I've had (or at least noticed them) for about 3 years! There are theses three lines that go across my fore head, that look like soft wrinkles, but anytime I make a certain expres
  14. Help!! I've run out of my acne.org products. I purchased the 8oz initial kit, and it hasn't even been a month and I'm out of my cleanser and moisturizer. I still have plenty of the bp, thankfully! But I really need to know the best cleanser and moisturizer to use in a pinch from the drugstore until I can order more from the acne.org line. I once found some info on this website about alternative products but am having trouble locating it again. Please help before tonight, when it comes time for m
  15. Hi i just recently started The Regimen. Im not sure if this for me because i don't have "inflammed acne" more like closed comedones but ima still try it and very little blackheads and whiteheads. Well anyways i have already seen some progress like shrinking acne. But anyways Dan's cleanser seems to make my SKIN VERY DRY. When i read around people said that BP would be the thing that create dryness and redness but its the Cleanser. The BP doesn't even do any of those things to my face instead it
  16. I've been off accutane for about 6 months and currently I rate my acne condition as moderate. I'm wondering should I use a chemical exfoliator to improve my skin condition? My skin is sensitive, quite oily and the surface is a bit rough. I'm thinking of using Hada Labo's AHA+BHA exfoliating face wash. If so, should I use it at night only or twice a day? Thanks.

    Acne On Cheeks?

I've been dealing with constant breakouts on both my cheeks area for a year now. It started in 7th grade and now I'm in 8th grade. Majority of the pimples are red and underneath the surface, and then after 3 days it turns into a whitehead. I tend to pop my pimples, but not with my fingers, I use a small needle and clean it with alcohol. It always leaves dark spots, even if I don't pop it. So now I have noticeable dark spots all on my cheeks areas. The products I'm using now are Ambi Foaming Clea
  18. Thought I might try to start an updated thread for skincare on accutane, since new products are constantly coming out and I've never seen a derm that didn't recommend anything other than cetaphil or cerave. I'm a 26 year old male, I started about a month ago, and my derm recommended the usual cerave etc. I tried them out, and aside from the cerave moisturizing cream in the tub I wasn't really a fan. I didn't feel clean and none of those cleansers removed makeup effectively for me. I did find
  19. Hey forum people, I am an 18 year old male, and I'm on 60mg of accutane (Clavaris) a day. I am almost done with my second month of the drug and my face and "scars/PIH" are really red. I had been using Cetaphil twice a day, then I cut it down to once a day..now I'm down to 0 times a day. I have just bought CeraVe face wash to replace the Cetaphil, but I hope it won't make my face red too. My derm said that accutane will eventually take the redness away. (but the derm just says whatever comes
  20. I am biracial (moms black, dads white) So I am light skinned black. Anyways, on the regimen I wash my face with the cleanser for 10 seconds, and pat dry gently. Immediately after drying my face gets VERY pale, my parents sometimes worry that I am sick during the 10 minute waiting period to applying BP haha. My color comes back after i apply the BP and the Moisturizer,,, so I am wondering if this is normal (I am a male so I do not use makeup)
