    Cleanser changed?

The other day, I got in a couple of new bottles of the cleanser. I haven't had to order any for a while since i stocked up a few months ago. While i was in the shower using my new cleanser for the first time, it seemed to be thinner. It also didn't seem to lather as well. I know that the new pumps give a little less, but I compensated by using another pump. Also, without saying anything to my girlfriend, she asked my if the new cleanser had changed because it tasted different (I know, sounds wei
  2. I'm trying to use my Atralin several times a week and really loving the way my skin is looking but it's very sensitized and peels. My normal products are Vivite which is a medical grade line that contains Glycolic & Salicylic so I can't use them while using Atralin. I got CeraVe and really like it BUT it does not remove the Heavy Make-up I wear to cover my acne & pigmentation issues. I even read a product review about it and they said the same thing. Not good to remove make-up.
  3. I've never had forehead breakouts till i switched to CSR cleanser...so i just switched back to cetaphile...that was working for me no idea while i switched. Product loyalty
  4. First off let me say that I'm loving the regimen. I've been on it for around 3 months (though i did veer off course a bit, adding SA and other things in early on). I'm now on a very strict and clear regimen that's working well at keeping me clear: 1) Cleanse gently with CSR Cleanser in shower 2) Pat dry, apply Jojoba oil to face (a few drops) 3) Wait to dry, apply CSR BP (1 finger) 4) Wait to dry, apply moisturizer (greasy Cetaphil at night, Neutrogena Sensitive Skin AHA during day) The abov

    Dan's Cleanser!!!!!

Hello, I've been using a botanical gel cleanser from Mario Badescu, It says is so good to remove makeup, oil and build up from your face. I just received Dan's products and I'm just wondering if his soap is good to remove makeup as well. I don't know if I should stick with the one I am using or just use Dan's at night to remove my make up. Anybody familiar with Mario Badescu Products? Thank you so much!!!!
  6. I am biracial (moms black, dads white) So I am light skinned black. Anyways, on the regimen I wash my face with the cleanser for 10 seconds, and pat dry gently (1 pump only). Immediately after drying my face gets VERY pale, my parents sometimes worry that I am sick during the 10 minute waiting period to applying BP haha. My color comes back after i apply the BP and the Moisturizer,,, so I am wondering if this is normal (I am a male so I do not use makeup)

    DK Cleanser

I just started using this cleanser about a month ago.. I haven't bought the BP yet. I still have some BP left from my proactive kit.. After using this cleanser for about a month, my face is breaking out like non other.. I have big, painful bumps on my forehead. Does anyone else have similar experiences like this?

  9. I ordered the cleansers for 2-5 day delivery, I paywed $48 for delivery alone and I expect it to be on time. I have e-mailed clear skin and I have had no reply for 2 days now. Any help?
  10. Hello, I have ordered Dan's big kit, and want to know if it is suitable for oily skin? I have been using cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer but recently noticied that there is now a cetaphil cleanser for oily skin type. I have been told that using the cetaphil moisturizer which says it is for dry skin can make things worse if you are an oily skin type. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much of a supply for cleansers and moisturizers for oily skin types. So again Dan's cleanser and moistu
  11. The Situation: I have been battling acne now for over a year. I have seen my dermatologist, been given Retin-A, Clindamycin, BP, Doxycycline, a decent moisturizer and cleanser, yet I still battle acne and extreme redness/dryness. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I spend a lot of time outdoors/in the sun, so my acne situation is very difficult. Anyways, after a year of on and off success and failure, I have decided to create a new regimen given all of the resources I have now. Required

    Need A Cleanser

Ok so I am pretty much over the worst of my acne now I did have bad cystic acne but the cysts have hugely decreased in size and I am now starting to see signs of improvement in the red marks they left behind. I do still get the odd pimple though so I was wondering if someone could recommend a good NATURAL cleanser that will help to keep my skin clean without striping it of natural oils or drying it out, and I also want a moisturizer of some kind preferably in gel form or something that isn't
  13. Hi, I bought Dan's cleanser about a year ago, when it was brand new, and came in a blue bottle. It didn't work well with New York City's water, and didn't wash off completely, leaving a "film" on my skin. Has the formula been changed recently to improve this? New bottle style = new formula? I'll be giving Dan's moisturizer a shot. Neutrogena moisturizers make my skin very oily and shiny, so I have to absorb my face with a napkin every hour or so. Does this moisturizer do this? Thank you
  14. Hi everybody! Thanks to this website I was able to kill off all of my acne and ever since then I have never had a break out ever again (except for the occasional random pimple) I was 18 at the time and I didnt have a credit card so I couldnt buy the products for the Regimen online and I had to use whatever I could get my hands on at the local drugstores. I looked for similar products and they worked amazingly!!! Im so thankful I found this website! Also, the moisturizer I had started to use actu

  16. Has anyone tried using pure vegetable glycerine bar soap for a face wash with good results? I recently came across some info that made it sound pretty good but I wanted to see if anyone else had tried it out? I find the simplicity of it very appealing after years of bottles and bars of multiple face washes...
  17. In addition to a bunch of surfactants which are mild skin irritants, the cleanser has sage extract which paula's choice ingredient dictionary labels a skin irritant... it made my face really red and now I know why! Return!
  18. Recently, a family member bought me Clean and Clear Advantage Oil Absorbing Cream Cleanser and Clean and Clear Morning Burst Fruit Infusions Reviving Cleanser as a gift. I had a bad experience in the past with Clean and Clear, because I used it about a year ago, my skin always burned and I had marks/rashes on parts of my face. I imagine that it was an allergic reaction. So I was a bit apprehensive when my family member bought this for me. But I didn't want to be rude and not use it. I used it, a

I have really dry skin and only wash my face once a day.....I read on numerous retail sites that jojoba oil is good for cleaning out pores.....This along with the oil cleansing method testimonies have me curious as to whether or not this will increase or decrease the effectiveness of your cleanser.....ANYONE have any ideas or experience??
  20. I'm starting accutane in a month and i'm really at a loss for what cleanser and moisturizer i should use. I'm looking at products and reading reviews and it's all overwhelming!! i currently use cetaphil face cleanser and neutrogena sensitive skin face lotion. I think the cetaphil is decent, but i've heard about how SLS can irritate skin? so maybe i should switch. Also, i've used that neutrogena lotion forever and i don't particularly love it. My skin seems more red after i put in on.
  21. I just broke out badly after switching from Clean and Clear continuous control acne cleanser (10% BP cream) to Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser. Two days ago I had 1 pimple on my chin and now i have 5, my forehead has also broken out badly(to many pimples to count!) Should I switch back to my old cleanser or just wait and see if this clears up? My old regimen Clean and Clear continuous control acne cleanser (10% BP cream) twice a day. Epiduo gel (2.5% BP and .1% adapalene) once at night after

Hi Everyone, I started the regimen a few months ago and it has worked wonders for my skin. I would like to re-order the cleanser and was wondering if anyone had a promo code that would work for Canada. I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance! -Leah
  23. 2nd answer should have been, mainly the mouth area, because it does make other parts somewhat dry. Im just wondering how many people the cleanser makes them dry, and who it doesnt.
