    Diet and Acne

    I eat like total crap. Bags of candy and cookies everyday, ice cream, crackers I’m a total binge eater and have always been. Although I have seen progress with my skin, starting tomorrow I’m going to fix up my diet significantly and then I’ll finally see if it makes mine worse and by how much. I’ll keep posting in here.
  2. I am so itchy. This must be penance for an evil deed I did over the weekend. Or I could be having an allergic reaction. Either way I need to handcuff myself to my desk so I don’t scratch all the skin off my back. The reaction started a couple of days ago, but at first I was paranoid it was a fresh crop of spots (it looks somewhat similar to when I started breaking out) so kept applying the Epiduo. And now it’s not improved I’m concerned it might be that that I’m irritated/allergic to. I have
  3. I tried to stop obsessing over my acne last few months, without so much success to be honest. I tried limiting eggs for a while and nightshades but didn't seem to do anything, as usual. I have also been trying to eat less foods that make me fart, hoping there is some kind of ludicrous connection between farting and acne lol. That means less fruit and veg and wheat, if any, which means eating like a weirdo and then the inevitable binges like the big girl I am. Acne was so so for last few week

    Easter - Chocolate :(

    So easter is coming up and easter means chocolate. I am 14, so my parents traditional buy chocolate for me and my siblings every year, I have explained that chocolate makes me break out and they have stopped buying me chocolate on normal days. However, since its easter, they insist I have some chocolate. I know some people say that chocolate doesnt make people break out, but I feel for me that it does. I have had several 'tests' where I eat a amount of chocolate and see what the outcomes are, su

    The Acne Maker

    Okay guys be ready this is going to change your life. I think I found the elixir for 90% of acne causes. It is something that food industries Don't want us to Know. "Monosodium Glutamate" or in other words "The Sebum Maker" The most major cause of oily skin is a substance that Food industries put in almost every food, sweet and even Soups. It is called MSG (Monosodium Glutamate). I have tried it myself and it worked. Not just that.. it can even causes Bowel Disorder and constipation for

    Chocolate = Acne?

    So, i've always thought that food can't be connected with the acne outbreak because then the people who are fat or who eat much would get them ( but apparently, they don't ). I've realized that there's so many people with acne who are skinny, slim and not fat at all. How is that possible? I don't know. But, recently i've read somewhere on the NET that Chocolate, most popular myth about acne, DOES give you outbreak. At first, before i have even known about that fact, every person that said to me;

    What Finally Got Me Clear

    First, I'm not a doctor or a dermatologist, this natural way of getting acne clear is based on my personal trial and error experiences and on a lot of reading on this subject. I am 28 yrs old and suffered from mild to moderate acne for about 10 years. In the last year I have been clear by using 5 "rules" which I will outline below. The only time I broke out was because I broke one of these rules. This system works great for me so I'm sharing it hoping it will help some of you as well. Im ref
  9. So I went to the mall to do some shopping .. I Don't eat sugar, dairy, wheat, gluten, etc. but sometimes I really crave chocolate!! (especially around that time of the month u know) , but I know I can't have some But then I went to the health food section, and I found some really awesome raw chocolate - Pacari ecuadorian organic chocolate 100% - it is made without sugar (of cause since it is 100% cacao) It is full of healthy antioxidants and free of almost everything acne-prones tend t
  10. I'm typing this while looking down at my hands. I have weird little bumps right across the dorsal side, between my thumb and forefinger ('dorsal' being the scientific term for top of a hand , and thumb and forefinger being...my thumb and forefinger.) They look a little like spots but I've been told it's eczema. It isn't painful or anything so I'm not fussed, it just looks like I have lots of freckles. Have a spot on the right side of my chin which feels like a bruise. I'd think it was one if
  11. ●●●●●Sex Stimulants Cause Pimples & Ugly Scars●●●●● There are millions of people in the world who are chronic sufferers of pimples, which disfigure their faces and make them look ugly. Thousands of young people become so desperate and depressed due to the ugliness caused by acne that they even think of committing suicide. Abstinence from sex and the retention of semen for long periods in their bodies by young men can cause or increase the pimples and boils in
  12. Jesus died for our sins, my sin being eating chocolate ffs. From the 30th of March to 3rd of April i ate some chocolate every day. During this time i also happened to have just started a low fibre/fructans/fructose experiment so this chocolate related disaster kind of fucked up that too. In a row i ate: [30,3,13] 40 grams white chocolate [31.3,13] 40 grams white chocolate [1,4,13] 60 grams milk chocolate [2,4,13] 50 grams milk/white chocolate. [3,4,13] 50 grams milk/white cho
