    Day 1

Yesterday I started my new skin care plan. In the morning I put raw honey on my face and let it sit for like three minutes. I then take a hot wash cloth and lay it on my face then wash the honey off. I found that this leaves my face feeling great. It feels soft and not oily at all which is surprising for me because I have really oily skin. After all the honey is off my skin, I pat my face dry and apply my apple cider vinegar toner. At night I did the oil cleansing method with grapeseed o
  2. Hi guys! I’ve been struggling with acne since I was a teenager (I’m 25 now and still struggling lol) but here’s what I wished I’d known in the past. Natural remedies are the best and supplements help a great deal too. For me, I’ve switched to using aloe gel and jojoba oil as my moisturiser and castor oil (anti-bacterial) for my acne. I also use a raw honey, lemon, cinnamon and nutmeg mask once every 2 days. Also, I’ve started taking some supplements because I highly suspect the cause of my acne
  3. Does anyone use the Oil Cleansing Method w/ Dan's BP? If so how? Do you still use a cleanser? Which oils do you use? Has anyone tried tea tree oil for acne? Results?
  4. So to begin with im 14 regular hair. Previosly bleached, dyed, relaxed, keratin treated, and sometimes blow dryed and straightened. Well i do hurt my hair alot but i do lots of good to it aswell. After i had my keratin treatment with 3 weeks i mixed coconut oil, hair oil and castor oil and applyed them wrapped my hair and left them for 4 hrs. When i removed them and washed my hair i had the WORST dandruff you will ever witness. My scalp was litteraly peeling like a sunburn. HUGE flakes falling e
  5. Hi, I've been doing the oil cleanse method for 3 weeks now and I've noticed the acne on my forehead is getting worse and worse. I don't know if my skin is purging or if it is breaking out so I'm not sure whether to try something else or stick with it? But this is definitely the worst my acne has been. The acne on my cheeks does seem to be a little better though but my forehead is like 5X worse. I'm thinking of trying African Black Soap. Any advice? Should I carry on? Is this purging or are my po
  6. I decided to stop using all commercial cleansers and products on my face, after watching videos/testimonials and reading lots of information on acne. I've used the oil cleansing method, cold cream, caveman, ext. Half a year later - nothing. My acne/rosecea is the worst it's ever been. There could be no correlation, but the point is, it's not working. My skin was much clearer in around, August. I used to use CeraVe gentle cleanser, and Cetaphil moisturizer. I'm out of options. I've tried ev
  7. Oil Cleansing 101 Introduction Everyone always tells me I'm a pretty girl. So why am I the only one who doesn't think so? Being 17 years old is supposed to be one of the best times of your life. You're one year away from being 18 and going to college. But how can you have any fun if your skin doesn't want you to? I started getting acne when I was 13. It was "mild", as they call it. That's when I kind of realized I hadn't been washing my face all these years. So I started. I went strai
  8. Hello Everyone! Just wondering, in your experience, what your favorite oil is to use to moisturize you skin? I just recently started using tamanu oil, and while I love what it does to my skin the scent is a little potent. I'm also interested in what oils are anti-bacterial because I think I have foliculitus happening on my chin. Thanks for your help.
  9. I discovered this blog here on OCM and all the negative experiences these women had that exactly matched my own. - Read all the comments - http://beautyeditor....e-on-your-skin/ Around April of 2012 my boss told me about OCM and finally convinced me to try it so I bought castor oil in the drug aisle and mixed it with my extra virgin olive oil in the kitchen. I used it off and on maybe once every 2 weeks for several months...never noticed a major effect but did start noticing slightly more cl
  10. ★★★Exercise Causes Constipation!★★★ One great medical myth, prevailing for 2000 to 3000 years, is that physical exercise helps in preventing and curing constipation. This false belief is still being dogmatically propagated all over the world by practitioners of Allopathy, Ayurveda and Naturopathy, and by experts in Health Education and Sports Medicine. All therapies based on this dangerous dogma are a threat to the health of many patients. I have never found any scienti
