Wondering if anyone has ever experienced a larger than usual breakout (I'm talking like 10+ spots in the space of 2-3 days) after introducing quite an intense workout regime into their daily schedule. I've recently joined the gym and have been doing anywhere between 35 minutes to 1 hour of cardio 4/5 times per week. Not 'light' cardio either.     Diagnosis

    I got my results from my ultrasound from my doctor today. The findings are consistent with PCOS, but the changes are mild so a definitive diagnosis of PCOS can't be given. My doctor told me the best things to do if I have PCOS are heavy cardio workouts, low carb diet and stay away from sugary foods. If my periods continue to get longer, I will go back and see her and go from there. Its not going to be easy to make those lifestyle changes for me, but I'm trying. I've never had to worry about
  3. Currently prescribed 60mg of Accutane a day & birth control for hormonal cystic acne. Cardio while on Accutane is causing me to breakout? I've been including more exercise in my lifestyle lately but have been noticing that I have strange breakouts on my face and one instance on my neck and scalp.
