    The Regimen Day 49!!!

    From the album: Acne Journey

Hello everyone!!! This is a picture of my face on day 49! I have about 2-3 pimples left on that cheek! I started with 30 actives on this cheek alone before the regimen! YAY!
  2. So I've been using the regimen for a week now and I have severe, cystic acne with hyperpigmentation. I'm 15 years old and have only had it this bad for about a year...will this stuff work? I'm not expecting over-night results but in 2-3 months? I'm starting a new school in September and I'm really nervous about how people will think of my skin. I wear makeup but it just looks bumpy and you can still see my acne. Has anyone else had this bad of acne and it worked? Also, any advice for the dryness

    Breakouts ?

Hello there, I'm 16 years old girl, and I have problems with my face. I attach my pictures in here. So.., it looks like a small black circle and it has many tiny pimples or whitehead maybe ? any way I got it since I moved to another city. I don't know what to do, because I already tried many things, such as using tomatoes, washing my face religiously, exfoliate my face, took an omega-3 pills, using lemon juice for dark spots, a sea salt for another exfoliating programs, etc. In fact I've been
  4. Hey guys, I've been on the acne.org regiment for about a month and it has helped a bit. My skin feels less oily and I am breaking out less however I am still getting acne. I have had acne since I was about 16 and it has gotten worse as the years have gone pass. I'm currently 20 years old. I have a lot of scarring/hyper pigmentation and I am unsure of how to get rid of it. I broke out a lot in my chin area before I went on the acne regimen and my chin has improved however the sides of my face don
  5. Hey All, I have been suffering from acne for almost 10 years now and after i got married it was much worse. The come in herds for a few months and then for the rest of the 5-6 months I struggle to clear my skin of acne scars. But recently in past 1 year or so I have started a new regimen and it seems to helping a lot. With very few breakouts even when I am on my monthly cycle and scars are reducing significantly. These are the things I have been using, may be some of these would help you too

  7. Hello guys, I am just wondering how I could get rid of these black areas or brown areas around my mouth area and cheeks. If you could me thanks!
  8. Hi, I'd like to share what solved my struggles with hyperpigmentation, brown spots, and red spots that resulted from acne, the sun, scrapes, peeling skin, etc. I'm a 20yr old female of medium-light skin tone, of mexican and white ethnicity. I had marks on my face for about 3yrs that wouldn't fade alone and I didn't want to use damaging fade/bleach creams. A derm prescribed me azelex (azeliac acid) 20% cream and adapalene 0.1% gel. These products also help with acne. I initially had a worse acne
  9. Hey! That stupid PIH More annoying than pimples in my opinion. Even though the PIH relatively fades more quickly on my face (still about 4 months), the brown spots on my back just don't seem to fade. Do you have to wait longer until your body pih fades? Has someone experience an improvement on back pih? Right now, I feel very hopeless.

    Time Lapse of The Regimen

    From the album: Acne Journey

The first picture to your left was the first day I started Dan Kern's, The Regimen July 14, 2012. The middle was taken December 7, 2012. And the picture to the right was taken today, December 27, 2012. As you can see there is a pretty big difference!! I had 60 blood pimples (there is actually one that is bleeding of the first pic, eww!) and in two months of committing myself to the regimen, I was finally clear. I look like a human now:P I have also been using 40 and 50% glycolic peel at home to
