Pros:

-helps heal up the nastiest spots in just a few days
-particularly good if you catch the blemish before it fully develops.
-has all the wonderful benefits of tea tree oil without over-drying
- very soothing on sore pimples, a great alternative to popping them for relief (I almost never pop anymore)
-don't have to use your fingers to apply it
-small and discrete, can carry it with you and apply it whenever necessary
-works well under make-up, if necessary
-100% natural

Cons:

-the treated spots have an oily sheen at first, takes a bit of time to sink into the skin.

This is an AMAZING spot treatment. I've tried other tea tree products, and despite the fact that I have extremely oily skin, I generally find that tea tree oil is just way too harsh and drying, to the point of causing flaky skin, clogged pores, and in turn new blemishes. This product, however, is not like that. It gives you all the antiseptic, cleansing benefits of tea tree and citrus, but is accompanied by the moisturizing power of things like beeswax, almond oil and cocoa seed butter, balancing it out to perfection. I would highly recommend trying this product.
