    Day One

Today is Day One of my gut healing protocol. It's basically my last chance to heal my skin, because I have tried EVERYTHING else! Antibiotics (twice,), BC, BP, salicylic acid, accutane (isotretinoin) (couldn't keep going due to horrific side effects so acne came back.) I've tried dairy free, low fat, vegetarian, vegan... you know the drill. After extensive research (we're talking bloody hours trawling the internet and looking at ebooks, blogs, PubMed, etc., I have decided the acne is a direct
  2. To keep it simple, if you are an adult ( > 20) and still have acne, you have a leaky gut. You must be thinking all the time, why those guys eat all the shit (oily, spicy, gluten, dairy, sugar) and still have flawless skin but I feel like being cursed for something I did in my past life. Not your fault my friend. The only fault is where the food is being absorbed. To make it more clear, where the toxins (and undigested) food is being absorbed i.e. Your GUT. I am seen and managed by an endocrinologist who checked my hormones up and down, with everything being in normal range. In the last few months, I have noticed painless popping and/or grinding in multiple joi
  4. Hello there! I went on a plant based diet about 3 months ago mainly for acne reasons but wasn't seeing results after the 3 months, not to mention feeling extremely fatigued morning and night, and having to eat insane amounts of food to not get a stabbing pain in my stomach from hunger. That was especially bad, because it just would not go away no matter how much I ate. Anyhow, after not getting the benefits I wanted from the diet, but rather the opposite, I left. Now I'm back
  5. I'm on day 2 of Zenatane and my left shoulder feels a little weak. It's not painful or anything serious, just some minor aching. Is this normal?
