  2. Hi all, new user to this website. Looking for some advice on what to try next!! I never ever had acne as a teenager and then at age of 26 I suddenly developed blister like spots on either side of my mouth on my chin. Was initially diagnosed as a herpes infection but did not respond to aciclovir. Eventually diagnosed as acne and prescribed lymecycline. This controlled my symptoms for about 4 years and then suddenly stopped working. Over the last year and a half I have been prescribed minocy

    Day 15

holy lips. so I developed a little red spot/sore on the side of my lip the other day. it wasn't that noticeable so wasn't worried. I also am not sexually active and test negative for herpes. I'm pretty sure it's from the accutane. HOWEVER, today I notice more red spots. the first side one has gone mostly. But midday I look in the mirror and it looks like theres a clear blister right in the middle of my lip. what the actual fcuk. I ran home and sorta squeezed it, clear liquid. it's a blister.
  4. Hello. My lip picture is sorta graphic. I am a 20 y/o female on day 17 of accutane. On day 15 I noticed little bumps on my lips. Clear/lip colored. Thought nothing of it. I've been slathering aquaphor on my lips since day 10 or so - I keep them super glossy and moisturized. Day 16 and 17 I've developed more tiny little bumps/blisters, top and bottom lip. I may have aggravated some, thinking I was helping. Has anyone had this experience? Are they sunburnt? I cannot see my dorm bc I'm in college
  5. Hey guys! I need help and I really don't know what to do. I went to the Dominican Republic and when I came back I had a bump on my temple, it seemed like a pimple. Then a whole started appearing in the center of the bump. The whole is flesh colored( white fresh skin) and it was a little droopy and wet. Few days later it got a scab and I removed it. Now it's red and 3 small rash like bumps have come up on the top part of my temple aswell. They seem to have water in them. I've googled everything a
  6. Please can someone give me some advice!! I dabbed the acnecide gel to my spots (forehead, t zone and chin) and left overnight, woke up today with burn marks in the places I applied the gel which were all very red, sore and tight! I immediately washed my face with cold water and removed the gel then finished with the simple moisturiser. Couple hours later and my skin is still really sore and almost blister like? Ive put some aloe vera on now and hoping for the best overnight but my wh
  7. I've been on accutane for almost exactly 2 months now. I'm an 18 year old female and weigh about 125 lbs. The whole time I've been taking 60mg a day. I've had all the typical side effects. Last night, I looked down at my leg and noticed that a big patch of skin was missing about the size of a quarter. It was moist, and it kind of started oozing clear liquid. I'm wondering 1) is this from the accutane? 2) is this normal? 3) what should I do about it? I was looking online and I read all these t
  8. These bumps on my lips aren't painful, but you can feel them and see them. It's really embarrassing and I don't know how to get rid of them. Anyone else have these?
