  1. I started this regimen 4 days ago and since then I have kept a quite detailed diary. I will write here the first 4 days and then start posting every day or every other day, based on the changes I will be observing. First things first, my skin is a combination of oily skin on my T-zone and normal (neither oily, nor dry) skin on my cheeks. My most prone to breakouts areas are my cheeks and once in a blue moon, my jawline or around my eyebrows. At the moment I'm taking 30 mg of zinc, vitamin D3 1
  2. Hello Everyone, At age 26, I recently started suffering from horrible cystic pimples. I've had breakouts from time to time prior to now, but not these type of pimples. I can feel the bumps deep under my skin and they just get larger and larger. They never actually come to a head, but they leave a big red mark. It's almost like they inflate, then deflate, then inflate in the exact same spots. I've made the mistake of trying to pop a couple of them and created a huge red open wound on my
  3. Hey Girls, Hope you're all well. STRESS is the key factor to large pimples!! I've finally noticed this a great deal. Those last couple of weeks before I wrote my last blog (BLOG TEN), I had various blind pimples (will also discuss later in the blog the best way to remove them), and I am almost certain it was due to stress. I had mountains of work to do for university which was causing me soooo much stress...resulting in pimples. Another way that I have realised that stress is definitely re
  4. Hello Girls, Wow! It's been such a long time since I've posted, so I'm very sorry about that. Life is basically insane at the moment, university, two jobs and just trying to keep my head afloat has been super difficult. Along side this, I've been sick, with the flu, a few times which has set me back with university work, so only recently am i starting to get back on track. Anyway, regarding my skin... it's about 85% there, I'm super happy, but I still think improvements need to be made! M
  5. I've been using the acne.org regimen for over 3 weeks now and my acne is kind getting better, but I have 2 blind pimples. I have one on my chin, that is hUGE and I can feel one growing on my forehead! Anyone know how I get rid of them??? PLSSSS
  6. Hi All, I had a big pimple by my mouth yesterday that was extremely noticeable even under makeup. I used my extractor tool to poke a tiny hole and when I went to extract it was only filled with clear fluid. I dabbed some persagel on overnight and it's smaller but still a hard bump that looks slightly filled again. Does anyone know what these are and how to treat them? Thanks!
  7. Hi! im a 19 year old female who's been dealing with severe acne since the age of 11 or 12. I've tried absolutely everything to get rid of it or at least lessen the severity of it- Dermatologist visits, diet change, exercise and lifestyle changes in general, topical and oral medications prescribed by dermatologist, OTC ointments and cleansers and masks and scrubs and exfoliants and on the spot treatments , I drink a ton of water every day, change my bed sheets and pillow cases almost daily, and a
  8. Hey everyone, I didn't know which forum to add this topic, but since I am 16 I'm putting it in the hormonal acne topic. Anyway, I've always had clear skin with of course, the usual pimple here and there and nothing similar to what I'm experiencing right now. My acne started around November 2013, it started as a brown flakey spot on my left cheek that my dad thought was a fungal infection of some sort. He gave me something to treat it, but it didn't help at all. My left cheek progressively got wo
  9. Hi guys, A sunny Saturday afternoon, so like most im hiding from the sun - Can always go whack some sunscreen on and go down the park, but thought Id share some of my experiences and thoughts on acne, cystic acne, blind pimples, healthy eating and the eventual move to accutane. Apologies in advance for this post, It may be abit jumbled and all over the shop, I've never been a great story teller, heheheh - but I do hope someone somewhere can take something from this. Ok. I am a 24 y
