  1. So I am done with week 3 and going in week 4 already ! time is passing by so fast which is a good thing while on roaccutane . So sadly I am in the bad phase now, the past week I had break outs and it seems like acne are taking longer to heal (or at least to puff down). The past week my nose was very bumpy and rough, it seems like the blackheads on my nose are coming out which made the texture of my nose very rough and weird. Even though I know I am not suppose to do any scrubbing while on ro
  2. So this is my 2nd week ( a little more actually), even though the side effects are kicking in I am still very excited! I got 3 new pimples yesterday even though things were getting so much better the week before, no white heads just (kind of) small red bumps. It seems like no matter how much I moisturize (i literally moisturize at least 5 times a day) my skin is still dry, yet its bearably dry and thankfully its not pealing or anything. I am currently using 2 creams, mainly I am using the c
  3. So I am on my third day of roaccutane, I am extremely excited to have an acne free life !! To begin with I will tell you guys my skin history. As a child/teenager I didn't have a lot of acne I just had few pimples here and there, I had some black heads on my nose and that's it. My skin as a teenager was pretty dry so I started applying oil on my face like olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil.. until my skin type changed as I grew up to combination to oily skin yet I kept on using oils every day
  4. Hey, my name is Evert! i turned 16 in November. i've never had bad acne, but less than a half a year ago i started to get these blemishes on my cheeks. no bumps. about 2 months ago it started to get a bit more noticeable specially on my right cheek, but still nothing bad. even when i talked about it with my friends they told me that i'm stupid and it's not even close to bad. But i still thought it was horrible so i started using face-wash every morning and evening that was it. later on it got a

  6. Hello, I've been using BHA, and Tretinoin for quite a while but no moisturizer because I just couldn't find one for my skin. Somehow my skin got quite dry two weeks ago so I decided to start using a moisturizer that doesn't cause breakouts. I found the Bioderma Sebium Hydra http://www.bioderma.com/en/nc/the-products/what-s-new/product/characteristics/235.htmland start using it. Somehow I started to get some pimples and now I'm scared if that moisturizer causes it or something else. On

  8. Hi, I started using Retin-A about 10 days ago. I won't bore you with my "acne history", one thing I will tell you is i used Roaccutane but acne came back in a very much milder form a year after I stopped. I will try to make this diary as informative and as simple as possible. But if you wish to ask me anything about Roaccutane or Retin-A, go ahead; helping others is partially why i am doing this. I mostly want to keep a diary of my progress, i like to have some kind of record of my jour
  9. So I went to Shoppers Drug Mart and picked up Bioderma Cicabio Soothing Repairing Cream. My acne is mostly under control thanks to daily supplements of cod liver oil and zinc (50 mg), so I've just been looking for a product that will get rid of the marks left on my face without breaking me out. They're not exactly red anymore, more so pink. I remembered reading somewhere on here that Bioderma had almost entirely favourable reviews, so I thought I'd give this cream a chance. It's intended for
