    The Beginning

So like everyone else in this "community" i have ACNE! And just like everyone else i've tried everything on the self and even went to a Dermatologist. Nothing worked or seemed to work until i tried this regimen. I wanted to try the regimen out first before purchasing the system because in the past i've spent alot of money on products that don't work! I feel that in the near future i will be ordering it because for the last month i've used alot of the Neutrogena On the Spot (2 bottles). My first

Hi! I'm going to buy the acne.org kit this week, probably tomorrow but I wanted to start the blog know because I'm scared. Firt It cost 20 more euros send it to Spain and I think 60 $ is so expensive but I don't know. I have seen that It works so I don't care and I would expend It in other tretements so... And then I don't know how my skin will react to the tretement, and if it doesn't work on my skin? Anyways I'm gonna prove it and I'm gonna post how it goes here and in that way I can see m

    Week 1 To Week 4

hello! So I've decided to come on here and chat about my accutane progress, I am driving my family crazy so thought I'd chat to you guys instead. So I began the treatment a little over 4 weeks ago, the derm recommended it when I failed to respond to Doxy, Antibiotics and the usual other treatments. I had never had acne in my life up until about 6 months ago. I am 25 and this flare up came out of no where, just one side of my face red raw, lumpy, pussy and horrible, my nose was all distorte
  4. Hi everyone, i just ordered regiment, and i have a few questions (sorry about my english, i'm french, i will do my best ) - can i expose my face in the sun? -can i remove my hair from my face with wax (eyebrown, mustache)? i know that regiment will do my skin very dry and i'm afraid to "snatch" my skin by using wax -at the beginning do we have suddenly a lot of acnee (more than usual)? -currently i have others products prescribed by my dermatologist (an antibiotic : tolexin
  5. Hello-- So I'm a 22 yr-old female and I'm on 30 mg/day of Isotretinoin (some brand called Mayesta I think), which I started about a week ago. This will be an experience 1. because it's isotretinoin... pretty intense! and 2. because I'm currently living in Madrid, Spain. So ME: I've had acne/been self-conscious about the skin on my face for at least 5 years, maybe 7. There was a long period in high school where my skin cleared up beautifully with Duac (clindamycin+BP), but then in col

    Day 1

Day 1...i'm still not sure which moisturizer to use because the one i've planned to use has Salicylic Acid, which i've heard might interfere with the B.P. Also my B.P. is 5% instead of 2.5% (my chemist doesn't stock 2.5%) So i have my fingers and toes crossed that it will be a success!

  10. Here we are again! Nearly 7 years ago I started the regime...as a teenager. Back then would I have thought that the nearly 23-year-old me would still have problem skin? Maybe, but not this bad. I can say, this is the worst my skin has been in. Ever. Growing up, cystic acne or inflammatory acne wasn't all too common. For me it was whiteheads, mostly. And only in my T-zone. I never would get acne of any type on my checks, chin, jawline...whatever. Back then, the only inflammatory acne
  11. Hello! Thank you for viewing my thread. I am a 115lb, sixteen year-old, female. I have mild/moderate acne which i've battled for six years. For the last two years, I used Proactiv. A couple of months ago, I noticed cysts and worsening acne. When I went to my derm for the first time, we decided to go ahead with the accutane. She told me to stop using Proactiv immediately and started me on Tazorac. Tazorac REALLY cleared my skin, but it caused lots of hyperpigmentation. I still use it and I believ
  12. I've been on just about every acne medication. I've gotten my face cleared up pretty well except for blackheads on my nose and the occasional pustule (usually in the chin/jaw area). My biggest problems are my chest, back, shoulders and neck. I've been able to get them cleared up for short amounts of time, but the acne always comes back. The acne that I get in these areas is painful cystic acne. This is my main reason for beginning Accutane. I started out 2 days ago on 40 mg. Needless to say
  13. Hey guys! Okay, so I want to start blogging my skin journey. I'm currently a senior in high school and it wasn't until this year when my skin decided to flare up. I have some pretty bad acne on my forehead, chin, and the right side of my cheek. When my skin first decided to break out I tried to not let it bother me and I would walk out the door and go to school no problem. I attend an all girls school so I don't really have energy to put on cover up in the mornings (plus its not the best for my
  14. Hello everyone, I thought maybe I would start an online acne diary this time around. I just switched Derms so I am on all new stuff. This is going to be my way to see if I make any progress! I'll give you some background information. My name is Kacy, I am 17 years old and a senior in high school. I've been suffering with acne since the end of seventh grade. Throughout eighth grade, my skin had mild to moderate acne, mostly affecting my cheeks. It has continued to slowly get worse througho
